Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kelayakan lembar kerja siswa berorientasi problem solving untuk melatih keterampilan proses sains dan penguasaan konsep pada materi laju reaksi, mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah, keterampilan proses sains, penguasaan konsep siswa, serta korelasi antar kriteria tersebut. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D, tetapi tahap penyebaran tidak dilakukan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar telaah, validasi, respon siswa, evaluasi problem solving, evaluasi keterampilan proses, evaluasi penguasaan konsep, serta pengamatan aktivitas siswa. Telaah dan validasi dilakukan oleh dua dosen kimia dan satu guru kimia. Uji coba terbatas dilakukan terhadap 12 siswa kelas XI SMAN 16 Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah angket, evaluasi, dan pengamatan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskripsi kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil validasi menyatakan bahwa lembar kerja siswa sangat layak berdasarkan kriteria isi, bahasa, penyajian, kegrafikan, problem solving, keterampilan proses sains, dan penguasaan konsep dengan persentase sebesar 88,60%; 90,00%; 84,45%; 82,63%; 84,73%; 85,88%; 83,34%. Siswa memiliki kemampuan memecahkan masalah yang baik, keterampilan proses sains yang mulai berkembang, dan penguasaan konsep yang baik dengan persentase sebesar 68,87%, 69,89%, dan 69,56%.

The aim of this study was known the feasibility of students worksheet with problem solving orientation to practice science process skills and holding concept in reaction rate topic, describe the ability of students to solve problem, science process skills, holding concept and correlation among these criteria. This study using 4D models, but disseminate step is not done. The instrument used in this study were review, validity, problem solving evaluation, science process skills evaluation, holding concept evaluation, and observation of activity students sheet. Review and validity have been done by two chemistry lecturers and one chemistry teacher. Limited trial test was conducted to 12 students of 11th grade of SMAN 16 Surabaya. The method used in this study were questionnaire, evaluation, and observation. This data is analyzed by qualitative and quantitative description. Validation result showed that students worksheet was very feasible based on criteria of content, language, presentation, graphical, problem solving, science process skills, and holding concept as followed: 88,60%; 90,00%; 84,45%; 82,63%; 84,73%; 85,88%; 83,34%. Students had good ability to solve problem, developing science process skills and good holding concept with percentage as followed 68,87%, 69,89%, and 69,56%.
