PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) UNTUK MELATIHKAN KETERAMPILAN METAKOGNITIF SISWA KELAS XI IPA SMAN 1 DRIYOREJO PADA MATERI KELARUTAN DAN HASIL KALI KELARUTAN (IMPLEMENTATION OF PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) MODEL TO TRAIN METAKOGNITIVE SKILLS OF STUDENTS IN CLASS XI SCIENCE SMAN 1 DRIYOREJO ON SOLUBILITY AND SOLUBILITY PRODUCT)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan model Problem Based Learning (PBL), aktivitas siswa, dan hubungan keterampilan metakognitif dengan hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah “One Shot Case Study”. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMA N 1 Driyorejo pada semester 2 tahun ajaran 2013-2014 yang berjumlah 29 siswa. Hasil pengamatan keterlaksanaan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada pertemuan I, II, III sebesar 81,58%, 86,84%, 96,49%. Ketiganya termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Data pengamatan aktivitas siswa berupa waktu yang digunakan untuk melakukan aktivitas yang mendukung keterampilan metakognitif pada pertemuan I, II, III sebesar 15,02%, 14,56%, 14,89% dari total waktu 3x45 menit. Hasil keterampilan metakognitif berupa keterampilan planning, monitoring dan evaluation pada pertemuan I, II, III sebesar 31,45, 29,52, 30,28. Hasil belajar yang diperoleh, dihitung ketuntasan secara klasikal pada pertemuan I, II, III sebesar 100%, 93,10%, 89,66%. Hasil belajar, dan keterampilan metakognitif yang diperoleh dihitung korelasinya yaitu pertemuan I, II, III sebesar 0,81; 0,81; 0,83. Ketiganya termasuk dalam interpretasi hubungan variabel tinggi.

The purpose of this research were to know implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) model, student activities , and corealtions of metacognitive skills with student learning outcomes. The method used is the " One Shot Case Study" . This Research was done in class XI Science SMAN 1 Driyorejo 2013-2014 school year, amounting to 29 students. Observation result of implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) at 1st, 2nd, 3rd meeting is 81.58%, 86.84%, 96.49% . All three are included in the excellent category . Observational data in the form of student activity time spent on activities that support the metacognitive skills at 1st, 2nd, 3rd meeting is 15.02%, 14.56%, 14.89% of the total time 3x45 minutes . The results of metacognitive skills such as planning skills , monitoring skills and evaluation skills at 1st, 2nd, 3rd meeting is 31.45 , 29.52 , 30.28 . Learning results obtained , calculated in the classical mastery at 1st, 2nd, 3rd meeting is 100%, 93.10%, 89.66%. Learning outcomes , and metacognitive skills acquired computed the correlation at 1st, 2nd, 3rd meeting is 0.8; 0.81; 0.83. All three are included in the interpretation of high- variable relationship .
