Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan utama yaitu menganalisis hubungan jenjang keterampilan proses sains dan jenjang konsepsi siswa pada materi stoikiometri sebelum dan setelah pembelajaran menggunakan scientific approach. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah one group pretest-posttest design. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA 3 dan X MIA 4 di SMA Negeri 1 Kandangan, Kediri. Identifikasi miskonsepsi menggunakan tes diagnostik three-tier. Dependensi jenjang keterampilan proses sains dan jenjang konsepsi siswa diuji menggunakan uji chi square (x2). Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) terdapat hubungan antara jenjang keterampilan proses sains dan jenjang konsepsi siswa sebelum pembelajaran di kelas X MIA 3 maupun X MIA 4, (2) pembelajaran dilakukan dengan scientific approach dan memiliki kualitas yang sangat baik pada kedua kelas kecuali pada pertemuan kelima di kelas X MIA 3 yang memiliki kualitas baik, (3) terjadi peningkatan skor keterampilan proses sains siswa setelah dilakukan pembelajaran dengan scientific approach, (4) terdapat hubungan antara jenjang keterampilan proses sains dan jenjang konsepsi siswa setelah pembelajaran artinya semakin tinggi keterampilan proses sains siswa maka semakin baik status konsepsi siswa (TK).

This research has main purpose was to analyze the relantionship student’s level science process skill and level conception on the stoichiometry before and after learning with scientific approach. This research design is one group pretest-posttest design. The target of the research is student class X MIA 3 and X MIA 4 in SMA Negeri 1 Kandangan, Kediri. Identification misconceptions using three-tier diagnostic test. Dependence student’s level science process skill and level conception is using chi-square (x2) test. Result in this research is (1) there is dependence between student’s level science process skill and level conception before learning in class X MIA 3 and X MIA 4, (2) learning is done with scientific approach and has a very good quality in both classes except at fifth meeting in X MIA 3 which have good quality, (3) there is increase student’s science process skill score after learning with scientific approach, (4) there is dependence between student’s level science process skill and level conception after learning. Meaning is the higher level science process skill, the better student’s level conception (TK).
