(DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENTS FOR ASSESS PROCESS SKILLS IN PRACTICAL OF POLAR AND NON POLAR COMPOUNDS IN X GRADE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL)

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan instrumen penilaian kinerja siswa dalam praktikum senyawa polar dan non polar yang ditinjau dari validitas konstruksi, isi, dan kebahasaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model 4-D (four-D Models) menurut Thiagarajan yaitu Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancanangan), Develop (Pengembangan), dan Disseminate (Penyebaran).  Penelitian ini dibatasi sampai tahap pengembangan. Hasil validasi oleh dosen kimia dan guru kimia memperoleh persentase penilaian validitas konstruksi sebesar 80,6% (layak), validitas isi sebesar 84,7% (sangat layak), dan validitas kebahasaan sebesar 86,1% (sangat layak). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen penilaian kinerja siswa dalam praktikum senyawa polar dan non polar yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai instrumen penilaian kinerja siswa.

 The purpose of this research was to describe the validity of student performance assessment instruments in practical of polar and non polar compounds in terms of the construction validity, content, and language. This research was development research referred to 4-D models (four-D Models) according Thiagarajan that are Define (Defining stage), Design (Designing stage), Develop (Developmental stage), and Disseminate (Disseminating stage). This research was confined until development stage. The validation result by chemistry lecturers and teachers got the assessment percentage in the construction validity was of 80,6% (feasible), content validity was of 84,7% (very feasible), and language validity was of 86,1% (very feasible). Based on the result of data analyze could conclude that the student performance assessment instruments in practical of polar and non polar compounds developed was feasible to use as student performance assessment instruments.
