PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KEGIATAN SISWA (LKS) BERBASIS PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK DI  SMA NEGERI 1 SOOKO KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO

Abstract

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan pengembangan Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) berbasis saintifik, (2) untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kelayakan, (3) Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) berbasis saintifik dan untuk mendeskripsikan respon siswa terhadap Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) berbasis saintifik. Bentuk penelitian Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) ini merupakan bentuk pengembangan dan penelitian (Litbang).  Tahap penelitian ini menggunakan pengembangan 4D,namun dalam batasan penelitian ini hanya melakukan tiga tahap yaitu mendefinisikan (define),merancang (design) dan mengembangkan (develop).Tahap pengembangan Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) mengandung pendekatan saintifik yaitu mengamati, menanya,menalar,mengumpulkan data dan mengkomunikasikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji coba pre experimental design dengan model one shot case study.Pada proses pengembangan penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode yaitu, metode kualitatif diterapkan untuk telaah ahli,sedangkan kuantitatifnya untuk validasi ahli dan respon siswa. Hasil pengukuran data tingkat rata-rata presentase validasi ahli pada kelayakan isi sebesar 93%,kelayakan penyajian sebesar 93%,kelayakan kebahasaan sebesar 83%,kelayakan kegrafikan sebesar 95% dan kelayakan kurikulum 2013 sebesar 96% atau secara keseluruhan tingkat rata-rata lima kelayakan komponen tersebut sebesar  92%. Sedangkan, hasil pengukuran data tingkat rata-rata presentase respon siswa menunjukkan tingkat persentase kelayakan isi sebesar 89%,kelayakan penyajian sebesar 92%,kelayakan kebahasaan sebesar 93%,kelayakan kegrafikan sebesar 92% dan kelayakan kurikulum 2013 sebesar 86% atau secara keseluruhan tingkat rata-rata lima kelayakan komponen tersebut sebesar  90%. Berdasarkan hasil persentase data penghitungan  menghasilkan ≥80% maka komponen kelayakan Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS)  berbasis pendekatan saintifik tersebut dengan kategori sangat layak.

Abstract

This research aims (1) to describe the development of students activity sheets (LKS) that is based on the scientific approach, (2) the feasibility of students activity sheets (LKS) that is based on the scientific approach, (3) and students’ responses of students activity sheets (LKS) that is based on the scientific approach. This research is included in the development research type. The development of student activity sheets (LKS) is based on scientific approach of 4D development stage, but this research only conducts the three stages that are define, design, and develop. The Stage of develop contains a scientific approach that are observing, asking, reasoning, collecting data, and communicating. This research uses pre-experimental design with one shot case study model where the researcher gives products of student activity sheets to twenty nine students of X IIS 4 class in SMAN 1 Sooko and observes the process and results of that student activity sheets use. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods. The qualitative method is applied for the expert analysis and the quantitative one is for questionnaires of the expert validation and students’ responses. The result from experts’ validation shows the percentage average got on the feasibility of the content component is 93%, the presentation component is 93%, the language component is 83%, the charts presentation component is 95%, and the 2013 curriculum component is 96%. The whole average of that five components feasibility is 92%. Meanwhile, the result from students’ responses on the feasibility of the content component is 89%, the presentation component is 92%, the language component is 93%, the charts presentation component is 92%, and the 2013 curriculum component is 86%. The whole average of that five components feasibility is 90%. The result of data percentage calculation shows 80%, so it can be concluded that components of students’ activity sheets (LKS) based on the scientific approach are included in the category of very feasible.
