PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN PADA GEOMATIKA  KELAS X SMK NEGERI 1 NGANJUK TAHUN AJARAN 2014/2015 PADA MATERI PENGUKURAN BEDA TINGGI MENGGUNAKAN ALAT PENYIPAT DATAR BERDASARKAN KURIKULUM 2013

Abstract

Penilaian adalah proses mengumpulkan informasi/bukti melalui pengukuran, menafsirkan, mendeskripsikan dan menginterprestasi bukti-bukti hasil pengukuran Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan instrumen penilaian yang dikembangkan  dalam  mengukur  kemampuan afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotorik peserta didik Kompetensi Keahlian Geomatika Kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Nganjuk  pada materi pokok pengukuran beda tinggi menggunakan alat penyipat datar.

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan berupa instrumen penilaian berdasarkan kurikulum 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D). Tahapan yang digunakan adalah tahap potensi dan masalah, tahap pengumpulan data, tahap desain produk, tahap validasi desain, tahap revisi desain, dan tahap uji coba produk. Produk yang akan dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen penilaian dalam materi pokok pengukuran beda tinggi menggunakan alat penyipat datar. Kelayakan instrumen diukur berdasarkan hasil validitas, reliabilitas, dan kepraktisan instrumen.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, instrumen penilaian afektif persentase validasi perwajahan sebesar 97,22%, validasi konstruksi sebesar 91,67%, validasi bahasa sebesar 86,67%. Instrumen penilaian kognitif validasi perwajahan sebesar 87,50%, validasi isi sebesar 81,67%, validasi konstruksi sebesar 87,50%, validasi bahasa sebesar 86,67%, dan validasi kepraktisan sebesar 87,50%. Instrumen penilaian psikomotorik validasi perwajahan sebesar 87,50%, validasi isi sebesar 85,42%, validasi konstruksi sebesar 89,58%, validasi bahasa sebesar 81,67%, dan validasi kepraktisan sebesar 81,25%.

Assessment is the process of collecting information / evidence through measurements, interpret, describe and interpret the evidence of measurement results. This research is the development of research in the form of an assessment instrument based on the curriculum of 2013. The method used is the Research and Development (R & D). Steps being used is the stage and the potential problems, the data collection phase, the stage of product design, design validation stage, stage design revisions, and test phase of the product. Items will be generated in this study is the assessment instruments in the subject matter of height difference measurements using a waterpass. Feasibility instruments are measured based on the validity, reliability and practicality of the instrument.

Based on the results of the study, the percentage of the validity of the assessment instruments affective look for 97.22%, 91.67% increase in construction validation, validation language by 86.67%. Cognitive assessment instrument validation looks for 87.50%, validating the content of 81.67%, 87.50% increase in construction validation, validation language by 86.67%, and validation practicality of 87.50%. Psychomotor assessment instruments amounted to 87.50% face validation, validation of the content of 85.42%, 89.58% increase in construction validation, validation language by 81,67%, and validation practicality of 81,25%.
