PENGARUH PENGALAMAN PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI (PRAKERIN) TERHADAP KOMPETENSI KEAHLAN SISWA TEKNIK GAMBAR BANGUNAN DI SMK NEGERI 1 PACITAN

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) mengemban misi agar dapat turut mendukung perkembangan pendidikan pada arah yang positif dan bisa bersaing di dunia kerja. SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan merupakan salah satu sekolah formal yang bergerak dalam kemajuan dibidang Teknologi dan Industri juga bertujuan untuk menciptakan lulusan yang memiliki kemampuan untuk memasuki dunia kerja sesuai dengan keahlian yang mereka miliki. SMKN 1 Pacitan yang telah menjalin hubungan dengan perusahaan untuk penyerapan tenaga kerja, apakah tenaga kerja yang diserap oleh perusahaan ini sudah siap untuk bekerja didunia nyata karena jurusan ini yang baru dibuka di SMKN 1 Pacitan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mendeskripsikan pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap kompetensi keahlian siswa kelas 3 Teknik Gambar Bangunan SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan menggambar siswa setelah melakukan praktik kerja industri.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Rancangan penelitian ini bersifat korelasi yang bertujuan untuk mencari besarnya hubungan antar variabel. Pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri sebagai variabel independent dan kompetensi keahlian siswa sebagai variabel dependen di SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan. Waktu dan tempat penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2014/2015, kelas XII TGB  dengan jumlah 52 siswa.

Hasil penelitian dari validasi perangkat pembelajaran yang berupa pedoman wawancara menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rerata dari aspek ranah materi, ranah konstruksi, dan ranah bahasa, didapatkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran tes soal di kategorikan sangat baik atau sangat valid dengan rerata sebesar 83.56%. Hasil analisis uji korelasi antara variabel X dan Y yang merupakan pengalaman praktik kerja industri dan kompetensi keahlian menggambar yaitu mempunyai hubungan sebesar 0.295 > rtabel = 0.2681. Hasil analisis uji regresi linier sederhana anatar variabel X dan Y mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 11.106 > F tabel = 4.03. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.182 atau 18.2%. artinya kompetensi keahlian siswa dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman praktik kerja industri dengan sumbangan sebesar 18.2%.

This study uses a quantitative approach. This study aims to find the relationship between the variables. The influence of the internship experience as independent variables and competence skills of the student as a dependent variable in SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan. Time and place of the research conducted in the second semester of the academic year 2014/2015, a class XII TGB with the number of 52 students.

Of collective The result the validation of learning in the form of interview guidelines indicate that by calculating the average of the aspect of material nature, the realm of construction, and the field of language, it was found that the learning device test questions categorized as very good or valid with an average of 83.56% Analysis of correlation among the variables that constitute the internship experience and competence skills had a relationship 0295> rtabel = 0.2681. Simple linear regression analysis of the face between the variables have an effect 11 106> F table = 4.03. Analysis of data obtained determination coefficient of 0182 or 18.2%. the ability of student competence is affected by the internship experience with a contribution of 18.2%.
