HUBUNGAN PENGUASAAN MATA PELAJARAN PRODUKTIF TERHADAP HASIL UJI KOMPETENSI KEAHLIAN BAGI SISWA KELAS XII DPIB SMK NEGERI 1 JENANGAN

Masa sekarang ini tercatat Badan Resmi Statistik bahwa masih banyak siswa tamatan SMK yang belum terserap pada DU/DI.  Bagi sekolah, Uji Kompetensi Keahlian ini berguna untuk mengukur pencapaian keterampilan keahlian, pengetahuan keahlian, dan sikap yang dimiliki oleh siswa setelah menempuh pembelajaran di sekolah. Dengan harapan bahwa adanya Uji Kompetensi Keahlian dapat memenuhi kebutuhan DU/DI. Sekolah mempersiapkan Uji Kompetensi Keahlian siswa dengan salah satu program sekolah yaitu mata pelajaran produktif. Program tersebut dinilai efektif dalam menyalurkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan keahlian kepada siswa. Ex-post facto adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan karena penelitian ini mencari sebab-akibat suatu permasalahan dengan menggunakan data yang sudah ada dan tidak terdapat manipulasi. Pengambilan data yang dilakukan menggunakan metode survey dengan menyebar kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel siswa kelas XII jurusan DPIB SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan tahun ajaran 2021-2022 sebanyak 82 siswa. Total 82 sampel tersebut diambil dari tiga kelas yang masing-masing sebanyak 27 siswa secara acak. Penelitian ini menetapkan penguasaan mata pelajaran produktif sebagai variabel bebas (prediktor). Sedangkan hasil Uji Kompetensi Keahlian siswa XII DPIB SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan sebagai variabel terikat (respon). Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan adalah SEM-PLS dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil pengujian data dapat membuktikan bahwa diperoleh hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara penguasaan mata pelajaran produktif terhadap hasil Uji Kompetensi Keahlian pada siswa kelas XII DPIB SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan. Sebesar 63% variabel penguasaan mata pelajaran produktif berkonstribusi kepada variabel hasil Uji Kompetensi Keahlian. Sedangkan pengaruh dari faktor lain diluar variabel yang ditetapkan sebesar 37%.

Abstract

Nowadays, the Official Statistics Organization are recorded there’re still much Vocational School graduates who haven’t been absorbed in industry sectors. For schools, this Expertise Competency Test is useful for measuring the achievement of expertise skills, expertise knowledge, and attitudes possessed by students after studying in schools. With the hope that the existence of Expertise Competency Test can suit industry sectors needs. The school prepares student to do Expertise Competency Tests with the school’s program, namely productive subjects. Productive subjects are considered effective to preparing the students with knowledge and skills at their field. Ex-post facto is a research method used because this research is looking for the causes of a problem using existing data and there is no manipulation. Data collection method applied to spreading a questionnaire is use the survey method. This study uses samples the senior students majoring in Building Information Modeling Design at SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan on 2021-2022 academic year as many as 82 students. Total of 82 samples were taken from three classes, each of which was randomly respectively. The mastery of productive subjects that used as independent variable in this study. While dependent variable this study is Expertise Competency Test results of the senior students majoring in Building Information Modeling Design at SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan. Data analysis method used SEM-PLS with a data processing software named SmartPLS. The results of data testing can prove that a significant and positive relationship is obtained between the mastery of productive subjects on Expertise Competency Test results in senior students majoring in Building Information Modeling Design at SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan. The resulting value is 63% of the variable mastery of productive subjects contributes to the variable Expertise Competency Test results. While another value 37% is the influence of other factors outside the variable studied.
