PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN JASMANI, OLAHRAGA, DAN KESEHATAN INOVATIF (MODEL IU-07-1) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PASSING BAWAH DAN SERVIS BAWAH BOLAVOLI

Keberadan Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) di sekolah sangat dibutuhkan, selain untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani tetapi juga memberi kecukupan gerak dan juga menanamkan nilai-nilai positif sehingga dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dalam mata pelajaran PJOK segala aktivitas yang dipelajari harus sesuai dengan apa yang ingin dicapai, sehingga siswa setelah melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran dapat memperoleh informasi, memahami, dan memiliki keterampilan tertentu. Aspek – aspek yang ditanamkan dalam PJOK antara lain adalah aspek kognitif, aspek psikomotor, dan aspek afektif. Dari hasil observasi yang dilakukan pada tangal 4 Februari 2015 di SMP Negeri 3 Kertosono oleh peneliti, maka ditemukan permasalahan yang terjadi pada proses pembelajaran PJOK, yaitu siswa tidak bisa menjelaskan secara teori tahapan – tahapan passing bawah dan servis bawah bolavoli, sehingga siswa belum mampu memenuhi aspek kognitifnya, kalau salah satu aspek tidak tercapai maka tujuan hasil belajar siswa tersebut tidak terpenuhi. Maka peneliti menggunakan model PJOK inovatif (model IU-07-1) untuk mengetahui apakah model tersebut berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP negeri 3 Kertosonp, khususnya pada materi passing bawah dan servis bawah bolavoli. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Cara untuk memperoleh data adalah dengan menggunakan tiga unsur tes yaitu tes kognitif, tes psikomotor, dan penilaian afektif, sehingga untuk memperoleh hasil yang diharapkan maka peneliti menggunakan pendapat para ahli. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Kertosono khususnya pada materi passing bawah dan servis bawah bolavoli, setelah diberikan model pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan inovatif (model IU-07-1) menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 19%. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa model tersebut berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

The existence of Physical Education, Sport and Health (PJOK) in schools is needed, in addition to improving physical fitness but also gives the adequacy of motion and also instill positive values ​​that can be applied in everyday life. In subjects studied PJOK all activities must be in accordance with what is to be achieved, so that the students after learning activities can obtain information, understand, and have certain skills. Aspects - aspects PJOK invested in, among others, are cognitive, psychomotor aspects, and affective aspects. From the results of observations made on the date February 4, 2015 in SMP Negeri 3 Kertosono by researchers, it was found that problems occur in the learning process PJOK, that students can’t explain in theory stage - passing under and servicing stages under volleyball, so that students are not able to meet cognitive aspects, if one aspect is not achieved the goal of student learning outcomes are not met. The researchers used an innovative PJOK models (model IU-07-1) to determine whether the model affect the learning outcomes of students of class VII SMP 3 Kertosonp country, especially at the bottom and servicing of material passing under volleyball.

This research is a quasi-experimental research with a quantitative approach. The way to obtain data is to use the three elements of the test is a test of cognitive, psychomotor tests, and affective assessment, so as to obtain the expected results, the researcher uses expert judgment.

From the results of this study indicate that the learning outcomes of students of class VII SMP Negeri 3 Kertosono especially at the bottom and servicing of material passing under volleyball, after being given a teaching model of physical education, sports, health and innovative (model IU-07-1) showed an increase of 19%, So it can be said that the model effect on student learning outcomes.
