PERBANDINGAN PERILAKU HIDUP SEHAT ANTARA SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS NEGERI DI KOTA DENGAN DI DESA (Studi Pada SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjo dengan SMA Negeri 1 Krembung)

Sekolah merupakan tempat dimana anak-anak memperoleh pendidikan. Perbedaan letak goegrafis sekolah diduga memberikan perbedaan kondisi perilaku hidup sehat siswa yang tinggal di kota dan di desa, letak geografis antara kedua sekolah tersebut membuat perbedaan salah satunya adalah perilaku hidup sehat siswa yang dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan perilaku hidup sehat siswa SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjo di kota dengan siswa SMA Negeri 1 Krembung di desa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non-eksperimen dengan desain penelitian komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjo kelas X dan XI, jumlah keseluruhan 720 siswa, dan SMA Negeri 1 Krembung, kelas X dan XI, jumlah keseluruhan 768 siswa. Besar populasi keseluruhan dari kedua sekolah tersebut adalah 1.488 siswa. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket perilaku hidup sehat. Data dianalisis menggunakan Uji-T atau uji beda dengan Independent Sample. Hasil perhitungan statistik menunjukkan mean dari hasil angket siswa SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjo sebesar 83.9671 sedangkan mean dari hasil angket siswa SMA Negeri 1 Krembung sebesar 84.186. Uji Independent Sample Test menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan (0,653) lebih besar dari alpha (0,05), sehingga dengan demikian H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak.

Simpulan dalam penelitian ini, tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan perilaku hidup sehat antara siswa SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjo di kota dengan siswa SMA Negeri 1 Krembung di desa.

Abstract

School is a place where children get an education. The geographic difference of the school give differences in healthy living behavior of students who live in the city and the village, the geographical location between two schools makes a difference, one of them is the healthy behavior of students affected by the environment. This study aims to determine the difference in healthy life behavior between the students of SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjo in the city and the students of SMA Negeri 1 Krembung in the village. This research is a non-experimental research with comparative research design. The population of this study were students of SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjo class X and XI, total 720 students, and SMA Negeri 1 Krembung, class X and XI, total 768 students. The total population of both schools is 1,488 students. Samples were taken using by stratified random sampling technique. Instruments of this study used a questionnaire of healthy living behavior. Data were analyzed used T-Test or different test with Independent Sample. The results of statistical calculations show that the mean of the results of student questionnaires of SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjoamounted to 83.9671 while the mean of the results student questionnaire of SMA Negeri 1 Krembung 84.186. The Independent Sample Test shows that the significant value (0.653) is greater than alpha 0.05, So therefore H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected.

The conclusion of this research is that there is no significant difference of healthy life behavior between the students of SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjo in the city and the students of SMA Negeri 1 Krembung in the village.
