Pemetaan Status Gizi Berdasarkan Tingkat Pendidikan Pekerjaan Dan Pendapatan Orang Tua pada Siswa SMP Se-Kecamatan Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar

Status gizi juga dinyatakan sebagai keadaan tubuh yang merupakan akibat dari konsumsi makanan yang diklasifikasikan menjadi; status gizi buruk, kurang, normal dan lebih. Status gizi juga bisa dipengaruhi dari beberapa faktor antara lain pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan pendapatan orang tua. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pemetaan antara status gizi dengan tingkat pendidikan, pekerjaan dan pendapatan orang tua pada siswa SMP kelas VII se-Kecamatan Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1, 2 dan 3 Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas VII sebanyak 258 siswa dari 3 sekolah se-Kecamatan Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan IMT/U dan administrasi siswa melalui kartu keluarga dan pendapatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian siswa yang memiliki status gizi sangat kurus sebanyak 6 siswa (2%), kurus sebanyak 17 siswa (7%), normal sebanyak 174 siswa (67%), gemuk sebanyak 38 siswa (15%), dan obesitas sebanyak 23 siswa (9%). Adapun hasil penelitian di tingkat pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan pendapatan sebagai berikut. Tingkat pendidikan orang tua tertinggi terdapat pada pendidikan dasar (SD dan SMP) dengan rata-rata status gizi normal. Tingkat pekerjaan orang tua tertinggi terdapat pada pekerjaan swasta dengan rata-rata status gizi normal. Tingkat pendapatan orang tua tertinggi terdapat pada pendapatan Rp. 600.000 – Rp. 1.000.000 dengan rata-rata status gizi normal.

Abstract

Nutritional status is also expressed as a state of the body which is a result of the consumption of foods classified as; malnutrition status, less, normal and more. Nutritional status can also be affected by several factors including education, employment, and parent income. The purpose of this research is to know the mapping between nutritional status with the level of education, occupation and income of the parents in the students of junior high school at the 7th grade ditrict Ponggok-Blitar. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this research are students at the 7th grade of junior high school 1, 2, and 3 Ponggok-Blitar. In this study the samples used were as many as 258 7th grade students from 3 schools throughout the District Ponggok Blitar. The sample of this research is taken by using IMT / U and student administration through family card and income. Data analysis technique using percentage. Based on the result of the research, the students have very lean nutritional status of 6 students (2%), lean as many as 17 students (7%), normal as many as 174 students (67%), obese as many as 38 students (15%), and obese as many as 23 students (9%). The results of research at the level of education, employment, and income are as follows. The highest level of parental education is found in primary education (primary and junior high) with average normal nutritional status. The highest level of parental employment is in private employment with an average normal nutritional status. The highest level of parental income is in income Rp. 600.000 - Rp. 1,000,000 with an average normal nutritional status.
