PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR LAY UP BOLA BASKET SISWA KELAS X SMA NEGERI 2 SIDOARJO

Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) merupakan proses dimana guru dan siswa berinteraksi timbal balik satu sama lain yang bersifat mempengaruhi dan dipengaruhi. Keberhasilan suatu KBM ditentukan dari banyak faktor terutama dari dalam guru dan siswa itu sendiri. Inti dari proses belajar mengajar adalah tingkat keefektifan dari pelaksanaan KBM tersebut. Tingkat efektivitas pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh perilaku guru dan siswa. Perilaku guru yang efektif antara lain mengajar dengan jelas, menggunakan variasi model pembelajaran, memperdayakan siswa dan lain sebagainya. Sedangkan perilaku siswa antara lain disiplin belajar, semangat belajar, kemandirian belajar, aktif belajar dan sikap belajar yang lebih baik. Kebanyakan siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Sidoarjo kurang berminat walaupun guru sudah menerapkan model pembelajaran saintifik dalam proses KBM.Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran contextual teaching adn learning (CTL) terhadap hasil belajar lay up bola basket pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Sidoarjo.2) Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran contextual teaching and learning (CTL) terhadap hasil belajar lay up bola basket pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Sidoarjo.Disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pada penerapan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) terhadap hasil belajar lay up bolabasket siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Sidoarjo, hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil analisis statistik bahwa nilai thitung -5,112≤ ttabel 1,697 dengan Sig = 0,000 ≥ α = 0,05 yang berarti menunjukkan bahwa H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak.

Abstract

Teaching and Learning Activity is a interaction process between teacher and students that influenced each other. The success of the process is determined by many factors, especially from within teacher and students themselves. The level of effectiveness is influenced by both teacher and student’s behavior. For the example of the effective behavior are teaching clearly, using various learning models, empowering students, etc. While effective behavior of students are discipline, passion of learning, learning independence, active to learn, and another good learning behavior. Most of the tenth grade of the second state senior high school of Sidoarjo are not interested on learning activity even the teacher applied saintific learning model.The research purposes are 1. To know the influence of the contextual teaching and learning model application to basketball’s lay up learning result of the tenth grade students of the second state senior high school of Sidoarjo. 2. To know the magnitude of influence of the contextual teaching and learning model application to basketball’s lay up learning result of the tenth grade students of the second state senior high school of Sidoarjo.It is concluded that there is an influence of the contextual teaching and learning model application to basketball’s lay up learning result of the tenth grade students of the second state senior high school of Sidoarjo. This is proved by statistical analysis value, with tcount ≤ ttable (-5,112 ≤ 1,697), with 0,000 significance. It is indicated that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected.
