Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD dan TGT Terhadap Motivasi Belajar PJOK

Upaya dalam mencapai tujuan Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan, motivasi belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran sangatlah penting. Salah satu upaya dalam memunculkan motivasi belajar siswa adalah dengan pemilihan model pembelajaran yang tepat. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang mendukung munculnya motivasi dalam pembelajaran adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) dan Team Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Srengat dengan jumlah 68 siswa yang terbagi menjadi 2 kelas yaitu kelas XI IPS 6 dengan pembelajaran tipe Student Achievement Division (STAD) dan kelas XI IPS 4 dengan pembelajaran tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT). Hasil perhitungan statistik membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) dan tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT). Hal ini dibuktikan dari output uji T Dependent yaitu nilai sig 0,0 < 0,05 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Dari hasil hitung diketahui bahwa peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dengan tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) sebesar 19,57 %, tipe TGT sebesar 20,79 %, dan kelompok kontrol sebesar 0,80 %. Dari ke 3 kelas di atas, pembelajaran yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa adalah tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT) dengan peningkatan motivasi belajar sebesar 20.79 %.

Abstract

In an effort to achieve the goals of Physical Education, Sports, and Health, students learning motivation in participating in learning is very important. One of the efforts in raising student learning motivation is by choosing the right learning model. The learning model must be adapted to the existing facilities and infrastructure in the school and well conveyed by the teacher so that students are interested and motivated participating in learning. One of learning model that supports the emergence of motivation is the cooperative learning model. This study aims to determine the effect of Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Team Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning models on student learning motivation in learning Physical Education, Sports, and Health. The sample of this study was the eleventh grade students of SMAN 1 Srengat with the number of student is 68 divided into 2 classes. Class XI IPS 6 got the learning type Student Achievement Division (STAD) and class XI IPS 4 got the learning type Team Games Tournament (TGT). The results of statistical calculations prove that there is a significant effect between the application of the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model and the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type. This is evidenced by the output of the T Dependent test which is the sig value of 0.0 <0.05 which means that there is a significant difference. From the calculated results it is known that the increase in student motivation with Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type is 19.57%, TGT type is 20.79%, and the control group is 0.80%. Of the three classes above, learning that has the greatest influence on student learning motivation is the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type with an increase in learning motivation by 20.79%.
