SURVEI PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM USAHA KESEHATAN SEKOLAH (UKS)

Kesehatan merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia, karena sehat merupakan modal utama bagi setiap orang untuk melakukan aktifitas. Segala aktifitas yang dilaksanakan oleh seseorang akan menghasilkan kinerja yang maksimal jika didukung oleh kondisi tubuh yang sehat. Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah merupakan wahana untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan sedini mungkin pada peserta didik dari tingkat pendidikan dasar sampai dengan tingkat pendidikan menengah termasuk perguruan agama dan lingkungan sebagai sasarannya.Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui pelaksanaan program Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah SMP se-Kecamatan Mantup. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan menggunakan alat pengungkap data yang utama adalah observasi (sumber data primer), teknik penunjang studi wawancara dan dokumentasi (sumber data sekunder), menggunakan desain penelitian non eksperimen dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, Dengan rincian SMP Negeri berjumlah 2 Sekolah dan SMP Swasta berjumlah 4 sekolah. Jadi total populasi pada penelitian ini 6 sekolah..Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan kesehatan di SMP se-kecamatan Mantup menunjukan hasil sebagai berikut, dari 6 sekolah yang berada di kecamatan Mantup 2 sekolah berstrata standar. Pelayanan kesehatan menunjukan besar sekolah menempati strata standar dan hanya 1 sekolah yang menempati strata minimal. Pembinaan lingkungan sekolah sehat menunjukan 1 sekolah berstrata standar, 3 sekolah berstrata optimal dan 2 sekolah berstrata paripurna. Menunjukan bahwa hasil survei mengenai pelaksanaan program Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah SMP se-Kecamatan Mantup yang berjumlah 6 SMP sudah berada pada kategori standar yang mencakup pelaksanaan pendidikan, pelayanan kesehatan dan pembinaan lingkungan sekolah sehat.

Abstract

Health is a basic human need because health is the main capital for everyone to do activities. All activities implemented by someone will produce maximum performance if supported by a healthy body condition. School Health Business is a vehicle to improve health status as early as possible for students. from basic education to secondary education including religious and environmental colleges as targets.The aim of the research was to know the implementation of the business health program of Junior High Schools in Mantup District. Type of research using descriptive with the main data disclosure tool was observation (primary data source), interview study support techniques and documentation (secondary data source), used nonresearch designs experiment with a quantitative approach, collection method the data uses questionnaires, with details of State Junior High Schools totaling 2 Schools and Private junior high schools number 4 schools. So the total population in this study was 6 school.Based on the results of the study it is known that the implementation of education health in junior high schools in Mantup district shows the following results, from 6 schools in the subdistrict Mantup 2 standard schools. Service health shows the size of the school occupies the standard strata and only 1 schools that occupy the minimum strata. Development of a healthy school environment shows that 1 standard school, 3 optimal level schools, and 2 schools complete data show that the results of the survey were about implementation the number of Health Schools in the District of Mantup is 6 programs Middle school is in the standard category which includes the implementation of education, health services and fostering a healthy school environment.
