PERBANDINGAN TINGKAT MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA ANTARA KELAS UNGGULAN DAN NON UNGGULAN DALAM MENGIKUTI PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN JASMANI, OLAHRAGA DAN KESEHATAN DI SMA NEGERI 7 SURABAYA

Motivasi adalah hal terpenting dalam proses belajar. Siswa tidak akan belajar dengan baik dan melakukan tugas dari guru dengan sungguh-sungguh jika mereka tidak memiliki motivasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa kelas unggulan dan non unggulan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran PJOK. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain komparatif yang diarahkan untuk membandingkan satu kelompok sampel dengan kelompok lain. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 siswa kelas unggulan dan 106 siswa kelas non unggulan. Dari hasil data yang dihitung dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan Statistical Package for Social Sciences 25, menunjukkan bahwa skor tertinggi berada di kelas X.3 (81%) dan nilai terendah di kelas XII.2 (68%). Selain itu hasil motivasi siswa kelas unggulan adalah 74% dengan rata-rata 152,36. Sementara, kelas non unggulan adalah 73% dengan rata-rata 151,03. Perhitungan t-test menunjukkan hasil signifikan (0,590) > (0,05). Maka, Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima, yang berarti tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara tingkat motivasi belajar siswa kela unggulan dan non unggulan..

Abstract

Motivation is the most important thing in learning process. Students will not learn well and do the task from the teacher seriously if they don’t have motivation. This study aims to determine the learning motivation of superior and non-superior class students in physical education. This study used a comparative design which was directed to compare one sample group with another group. The sample in this study were 105 superior class students and 106 non-superior class students. From the result of the data that was calculated by using Microsoft Excel and Statistical Package for Social Sciences 25, it showed that the highest score was in class X.3 (81%) and the lowest value was in class XII.2 (68%). Moreover the results of superior class student motivation is 74% with an average 152.36. While, the non-superior class is 73% with an average 151.03. The t-test calculation showed a significant result (0.590) > (0.05). Then, Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, it means there is no significant difference between the level of learning motivation of superior and non-superior class students.
