PERBANDINGAN EFEKTIFITAS WAKTU PEMBELAJARAN PJOK DENGAN POLA 1-2 DAN 2-1 KELAS XI SMAN 1 KOTA MOJOKERTO

Pendidikan merupakan suatu kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan oleh setiap warga negara. Selain itu pendidikan juga bagian penting untuk kehidupan manusia karena pendidikan merupakan suatu proses untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dimasa yang akan datang. Efektifitas waktu pembelajaran merupakan hal yang penting, karena guru dituntut untuk bisa memberikan materi pembelajaran kepada siswa secara maksimal dan materi tersebut dapat diterima siswa secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektifitas waktu pembelajaran PJOK dengan pola 1-2 dan 2-1 kelas XI Mipa 1, XI Mipa 2, XI Mipa 3, dan XI Mipa 4 SMAN 1 Kota Mojokerto. Dalam proses belajar mengajar penentuan pola waktu pembelajaran mempunyai arti cukup penting. Karena dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dapat mempengaruhi model dan strategi yang akan dirancang oleh guru sesuai dengan tingkat pemahaman siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah comparative research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, termasuk dalam kategori penelitian Non-Eksperimen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI SMAN 1 Kota Mojokerto terdiri dari siswa kelas XI Mipa 1 sebanyak 33 siswa, XI Mipa 2 sebanyak 35 siswa, XI Mipa 3 sebanyak 30 siswa, dan XI Mipa 4 sebanyak 30 siswa. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen lembar kuesioner FCE (Formative Class Evaluation), merupakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada siswa untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif pembelajaran PJOK. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh tidak adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dengan hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai dengan melihat hasil sebesar (0,662 > 0,05), dengan perbedaan rata rata kedua metode belajar sebesar 0,28669. Sementara untuk hasil uji normalitas didapatkan nilai pola 1-2 normal dengan nilai XI Mipa 4 (0.101 > 0.05), dan nilai XI Mipa 1 (0.349 > 0.05), sedangkan nilai pola 2-1 normal dengan nilai XI Mipa 3 (0.060 > 0.05), dan nilai XI Mipa 2 (0.073 > 0.05). hasil angket Formative Class Evaluation (FCE) didapatkan hasil pembelajaran pola 1-2 dengan nilai 2,69 masuk kategori baik, sedangkan pola 2-1 dengan nilai 2,78 masuk kategori baik sekali yang artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara efektifitas waktu pembelajaran pola 1-2 dan efektifitas waktu pembelajaran pola 2-1 dengan perbedaan rata rata kedua metode belajar sebesar 0,28669.

ABSTRACT

Education is an obligation that must be carried out by everyone. In addition, education is an important part of human life, because it is a process to improve the quality human resources in the future. The effectiveness of learning time is important, because teachers are required to be able to provide learning material to students optimally. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the effectiveness of learning time on physical education using 1-2 and 2-1 patterns to 11th grade students in IX MIPA 1, IX MIPA 2, XI MIPA 3, and XI MIPA 4 classes of State Senior High School 1 Mojokerto. In the teaching and learning process, determining the patterns of learning time has quite important meaning. It is important, because learning activities can affect the model and strategy that will be designed by the teacher according to the level of student understanding. The researcher used comparative research with a quantitative approach, included in the category of non-experimental research. The sample used in this research were 11th grade students of State Senior High School 1 Mojokerto. It consists of 33 students of XI MIPA 1, 35 students of XI MIPA 2, and 30 students each XI MIPA 3 and 4 classes. To collect data, the researcher used the FCE (Formative Class Evaluation) questionnaire sheets that was given to students to find out the effectiveness physical education learning. The result of this research showed no significant differences with the result of test. It showed that value of the result is 0,662(>0,05) and the average difference of the two learning methods is 0,28669. Meanwhile, the results of the normality test obtained a normal 1-2 pattern value as follows : XI MIPA 4 is 0,101(>0,05) and XI MIPA 1 is 0,349(>0,05), while a normal 2-1 pattern value as follows: XI MIPA 3 is 0,060(>0,05) and XIM MIPA 2 is 0,073(>0,05). The FCE (Formative Class Evaluation) questionnaire sheet showed the result of 1-2 pattern learning with a value of 2,69 included in the good category, while 2-1 pattern learning with a value of 2,78 included in the excellent category which means there is no significant differences between effectiveness of 1-2 and 2-1 pattern learning time with the average difference of 0,28669.
