PENGARUH KOMBINASI GERAK DASAR LARI, LOMPAT DAN LEMPAR MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA KARDUS TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MOTORIK SISWA

Pendidikan jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan (PJOK) merupakan mata pelajaran wajib yang ada di sekolah dan salah satu pengajaran yang berorientasi pada karakteristik perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak yang mencakup sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Untuk mengoptimalkan kemampuan gerak perlu didukung dengan pembelajaran gerak dasar dalam pendidikan jasmani. Dengan memberikan kombinasi gerak dasar lari, lompat dan lempar menggunakan media kardus diharapkan siswa lebih aktif bergerak dan meningkatkan keterampilan motorik.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1)untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi gerak dasar lari, lompat dan lempar terhadap keterampilan motorik siswa Sekolah Dasar, (2)untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kombinasi gerak dasar lari, lompat dan lempar menggunakan media kardus terhadap keterampilan motorik siswa Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen murni dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain penelitian randomized control group pre-test post-test desaign. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk kelompok eksperimen 20 siswa dan kelompok kontrol 21 siswa pada kelas V SD Menganti Permai. Instrumen tes yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan motorik yang terdiri atas 4 butir tes yaitu: (1) tes shuttle run 4x10 meter, (2) tes koordinasi lempar tangkap bola (3) tes strok stand positional balance (4) tes lari cepat 30 meter. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh kombinasi gerak dasar lari, lompat dan lempar menggunakan media kardus terhadap keterampilan motorik siswa kelas V SD Menganti Permai. Dibuktikan dari pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Thitung < Ttabel yaitu 0,165 < 2,031. Sehingga Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak.

ABSTRACT

Physical education is one of the compulsory subjects in school. It is also one of a subjects which is oriented toward the characteristics of children’s’ growth and development which include cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domain. It is important to optimize students motion ability by fundamental skill learning in physical education. Basic running, jumping and throwing combination by using cardboard as the media can make students will be more active and improve their motor skill effectively. The objectives of this research were (1) to find out the effect of basic running, jumping, and throwing movement combination by using cardboard as the media to students’ motoric skill, (2) to find out the effect size of basic running, jumping, and throwing movement combination using cardboard as the media to students’ motoric skil. The design of this research was experimental research by using quantitative approach and randomized control group pre-test post-test design The sample of this research were 20 students in experimental group and 21 students in control group. They were the fifth graders in Menganti Permai Elementary School. The instruments that were used in this research were motoric skill test which consists of four tests: (1) shuttle run 4x10 meter, (2)coordination test (throw and catch the ball between 1 meter at the wall), (3) strok stand positional balance test, and (4) speed test 30 meter. The results of this research showed that there was no effect of basic running, jumping, and throwing movement combination by using cardboard on motoric skills of the fifth graders in Menganti Permai Elementary School. It is proven from hypothesis testing which shows that Tcount< Ttabel is 0,165 < 2,031. So that Ho accepted and Ha rejected.
