PENGARUH PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TUTOR SEBAYA TERHADAP KETUNTASAN BELAJAR SERVIS ATAS BOLAVOLI PADA SISWA KELAS XI TATA KECANTIKAN DI SMK NEGERI 2 BOYOLANGU TULUNGAGUNG

Belajar termasuk proses yang penting bagi seseorang untuk meningkatkan perubahan kualitas diri. Dalam mewujudkan suatu perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik perlunya proses pendidikan dengan menciptakan suatu pembelajaran yang efektif. Pada aktivitas kegiatan belajar diperlukan interaksi antar siswa sehingga pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Guru memberikan kesempatan siswa untuk berdiskusi dengan temannya agar memperoleh hasil belajar yang meningkat.Pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan aktif dan efektif perlu adanya strategi dari pendidik agar dapat mencapai ketuntasan belajar, termasuk dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran tutor sebaya dengan dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok belajar tujuannya agar siswa bisa lebih aktif dalam melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran yang diajarkan oleh teman sebayanya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar adanya pengaruh pada penerapan model pembelajaran tutor sebaya terhadap ketuntasan belajar siswa pada materi servis atas bolavoli di kelas XI Tata Kecantikan di SMK Negeri 2 Boyolangu Tulungagung. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan selama 4 kali pertemuan, yaitu pre-test, treatment, treatment, dan post-test. Menurut hasil analisis statistik dapat diketahui terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran tutor sebaya terhadap ketuntasan belajar siswa kelas XI Tata Kecantikan. Dibuktikan dari pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Thitung 9.89 > Ttabel 2.069 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Besarnya pengaruh pada penerapan model pembelajaran tutor sebaya terhadap ketuntasan belajar servis atas bolavoli adalah sebesar 62,60 %.

Learning is considened an important process to develop their quality. In achieving betterment there is a need for effective learning. In learning activities interaction between students is required so that learning can be achieved. The teacher gives students the opportunity to have a discussions with their peers in order to obtain improve the learning outcomes. For learning to be conducted actively and effectively there must be strategies from educators to achieve mastery, including applying the peer tutoring learning model teacher divides students it into several learning groups so they can be more active in carrying out learning activities because it is. The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the influence in the application of peer tutoring learning models to the mastery of student learning volleyball service in class XI Cosmetology in Vocational High School Boyolangu Tulungagung. Data collection was carried out in 4 meetings, namely pre-test, treatment, treatment, and post-test. According to the results of statistical analysis, it can be seen that there is an effect of the application of peer tutoring learning models to the mastery learning of XI Grade Cosmetology students. From hypothesis testing it is proven that Tcount 9.89> Ttable 2.069 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The magnitude of influence on the application of peer tutoring learning models for mastery for volleyball service is 62.60%.
