Perilaku hidup sehat adalah suatu tindakan atau perilaku dalam rangka mencegah timbulnya penyakit, menanggulangi penyakit dan masalah kesehatan lainnya, meningkatkan derajat kesehatan, memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan, dan menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan. Perilaku hidup sehat meliputi 10 dimensi, yaitu kebiasaan makan, konsumsi alkohol, konsumsi obat – obatan terlarang, kebersihan diri, kesehatan mental, aktivitas fisik, faktor protektif, perilaku seksual, konsumsi rokok, serta kekerasan dan cedera.Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku hidup sehat siswa – siswi SMA/SMK di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif yang akan menggambarkan fenomena maupun peristiwa dari variabel yang diteliti. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan penelitian non-eksperimen dengan metode survei. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Indonesia Global School Based Students Health Survey 2015 dari WHO. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa – siswi SMA/SMK di Kota Surabaya yang menggunakan sampel 15 sekolah yang terdiri dari 5 Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri, 5 Sekolah Menengah Atas Swasta, dan 5 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dan jumlah responden sebanyak 1066 siswa. Analisis data dengan menggunakan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian perilaku hidup sehat siswa SMA/SMK di Kota Surabaya menjelaskan bahwa untuk Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri kategori buruk sebesar 8%, kategori cukup 16,6%, dan kategori baik 75,6%. Untuk Sekolah Menengah Atas Swasta kategori buruk sebesar 8,5%, kategori cukup 18,8%, dan kategori baik 72,7%. Sedangkan untuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan kategori buruk sebesar 8,4%, kategori cukup 17,1%, serta kategori baik 74,5%. Secara keseluruhan, perilaku hidup sehat siswa – siswi SMA/SMK di Kota Surabaya kategori buruk sebesar 8,3%, kategori cukup 17,4%, dan kategori baik 74,2%.

Abstract

Health behavior is the action conducted by human being in order to prevent the disease, overcome the disease, overcome the disease and other issues regarding to health, increase the standard of health, utilize health services, also organize health efforts. Health behavior covers 10 dimensions which involved dietary behavior, alcohol use, drug use, hygiene, mental health, physical activity, protective factors, sexual behavior, tobacco use, as well as violence and injury.The study aims to discover the overview health behavior of students senior high school/vocational high school in Surabaya City. This study uses descriptive which it will describe of incident about the variable. The design of this study is non experiment study using survey method. The data is gathered through questionnaire “Indonesia Global School Based Students Health Survey 2015” from WHO. The population of this study are students from senior high school/vocational high school in Surabaya City which the sample are from 15 schools that involved 5 public senior high schools, 5 private senior high schools, and 5 vocational high schools with the number of the sample covered 1066 students. The data of this study is analyzed using percentage.The result of the study shows the percentage of each category in health behavior of students senior high school/vocational high school in Surabaya City, for public senior high school it has bad category indicating number of 8%, adequate category 16,6%, and good category 75,6%. For private senior high school, it has bad category indicating 8,5%, adequate category 18,8%, and good category 72,7%. Whereas for vocational high school, the bad category indicates 8,4%, adequate category 17,1%, and good category 74,5%. Overall, the health behavior of students senior high school/vocational high school in Surabaya City has bad category indicating 8,3% adequate category 17,4%, and good category 74,2%.
