Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kreativitas mengajar guru PJOK SMA Negeri Kabupaten Sidoarjo di masa pandemi COVID-19. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru PJOK SMA Negeri Kabupaten Sidoarjo yang berjumlah 40 guru. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 30 guru yang diambil menggunakan teknik convenience sampling berdasarkan ketersediaan jumlah responden yang mengisi angket. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup melalui google forms yang dibagikan melalui whatsapp. Analisis data dengan menghitung jumlah skor dari angket, rata-rata, dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 4 guru berada pada kategori “rendah”, 21 guru berada pada kategori “sedang”, dan 5 guru berada pada kategori “tinggi”. Dari hasil analisis setiap komponen kreativitas mengajar menunjukkan bahwa dalam membuka pelajaran sebesar 14,22%, keterampilan bertanya sebesar 9,55%, memberi penguatan sebesar 9,76%, memberikan variasi sebesar 14,15%, keterampilan menjelaskan sebesar 17,66%, membimbing diskusi kelompok kecil 7,69%, mengelola kelas sebesar 4,50%, mengajar kelompok kecil & perorangan sebesar 8,86%, dan menutup pembelajaran sebesar 13,60%. Simpulan penelitian ini bahwa rata-rata kreativitas mengajar guru PJOK SMA Kabupaten Sidoarjo di masa pandemi COVID-19 berada pada kategori “sedang”. Terbatasnya kuota internet menjadi kendala, terutama pada komponen mengelola kelas yang menjadi komponen terendah dalam kreativitas mengajar di masa pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the teaching creativity of physical education teachers in public senior high schools in Sidoarjo during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is physical education teachers in public senior high schools in Sidoarjo with a total of 40 teachers. The sample of this study was 30 teachers who were taken using convenience sampling technique based on the availability of the number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The data collection technique used a closed-ended questionnaire through google forms which was shared via whatsapp. The data analysis were calculating the number of scores from the questionnaire, average, and percentage. The result of this study showed that as many as 4 teachers were in the "low" category, 21 teachers were in the "moderate" category, and 5 teachers were in the "high" category. From the analysis of each component of teaching creativity, it showed that in opening lessons was 14.22%, asking skills was 9.55%, giving reinforcement was 9.76%, giving variation was 14.15%, explaining skills was 17.66%, small group discussion was 7.69%, managing class was 4.50%, teaching small groups and individuals was 8.86%, and closing learning was 13.60%. The conclusion of this study is that the average of teaching creativity of physical education teachers in public senior high schools in Sidoarjo during the COVID-19 pandemic was in the "moderate" category. The limited internet quota was an obstacle, especially in the class management component which was the lowest component in teaching creativity during the COVID-19 pandemic.
