PENGARUH METODE LATIHAN SMALL SIDED GAME TYPE CONTINOU TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KEBUGARAN JASMANI PEMAIN SEPAKBOLA EKSTRAKURIKULER DI SMK NEGERI 1 JABON SIDOARJO

Latihan ekstrakurikuler murid dididik serta dilatih sehingga bisa tingkatkan potensi yang terdapat di diri siswa. sepakbola di SMK Negeri 1 Jabon terbilang kurang optimal serta prestasi yang diperoleh kurang menyenangkan, Tujuan riset ini ialah guna mengetahui dampak latihan small sided games type continou pada kebugaran jasmani.  Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan berjenis eksperimen dengan desain randomized kontrol group pretest-posttes, menggunakan sampel sebanyak 32 orang 16 murid masuk pada golongan small sided game tipe continue serta 16 murid masuk pada golongan kontrol yang diambil secara random. Pemakaian instrumen riset ini dengan multistage fitness test. Metode pengumpulan datanya dengan melakukan observasi, dokumentasi tes dan pengukuran serta Teknik Analisa data menggunakan deskriptif dan paired sample t-test dan sebelumnya melakukan uji normalitas data. Hasil riset menunjukkan latihan small sided games type continou bisa memberikan peningkatan yang signifikan dengan beda 13,13% pada latihan small sided game type continou dan beda 4,57% pada kelompok kontrol dan Diperoleh hasil pengujian hipotesis  sehingga bisa dinyatakan bahwa Ho tak diterima Ha diterima sebab angka t hitung 8,9 > t tabel 2,131. Artinya ada pengaruh latihan dengan tipe continou pada small sided game terhadap kebugaran jasmani. Berdasarkan nilai bisa didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa latihan small sided games type continou memberi dampak pada kenaikan kebugaran jasmani murid. Guna riset lebih lanjut serta memperluas dalam wujud riset lain bersama variabel berbeda serta subjek riset yang luas.

Abstract

Students extracurricular exercises in order to increase the potential that exists in students.  football at SMK Negeri 1 Jabon is less than optimal and the achievements obtained are less than encouraging. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of continuous small-sided game training on physical fitness.  This study uses a quantitative research approach and experimental type with a randomized kontrol group pretest-posttest design, using a sample of 32 people’s , 16 students are included in the small-sided game group, continue type and 16 students are included in the kontrol group, which are taken randomly.  The instrument used in this study is a multistage fitness test.  Data collection techniques by conducting observations, documentation of test and measurements as well as data analysis techniques used descriptive and paired sample t-test and previously tested the normality of the data.  The results showed that the small sided games type continuous exercise could provide a significant increase with a difference of 13.13% in the small sided game type continuous exercise and a difference of 4.57% in the kontrol group.  because the value of t arithmetic is 8.9 > t table 2.131.  In other words, there is an effect of continuous type of exercise in the small sided game on physical fitness.  Based on the value, it can be said that the practice of small sided games continuously has an effect on increasing students' physical fitness.  To research more deeply and develop other forms of research with different variables with broad research subjects.
