MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA SMAN 1 MENGANTI MENGIKUTI PEMBELAJARAN PJOK PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat motivasi belajar siswa SMAN 1 Menganti mengikuti pembelajaran PJOK pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan sistem work from home (WFH). Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMAN 1 Menganti dengan jumlah sampel 10 siswa yang diantaranya dari 5 siswa IPA 3 dan 5 siswa dari IPA 6. Metode yang digunakan adalah quota sampling dimana pemilihan diambil berdasarkan pemeringkatan pararel di sekolah. Dimana kelas 11 IPA 3 ditempati oleh kebanyakan siswa yang berprestasi sedangkan kelas 11 IPA 6 ditempati oleh kebanyakan siswa yang kurang disiplin dibanding dengan kelas IPA yang lainnya. Dalam pengambilan data ini dilakukan melalui wawancara menggunakan media google zoom. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Miles dan Hubermen yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis dari 10 siswa yaitu 60% siswa mengumpulkan tugas tepat waktu , 40% tidak mengumpulkan tugas tepat waktu, serta 0% tidak pernah mengumpulkan tugas. sedangkan 40% siswa tidak mengalami kendala dikarenakan memiliki koneksi jaringan internet, 40% yang lain kendala berupa jaringan yang tidak stabil, 20% lainnya berupa ketidakpahaman materi dikarenakan kurangnya praktik dan arahan secara langsung oleh guru dalam pembelajaran PJOK sehingga membuat siswa SMAN 1 Menganti mengalami penurunan dalam motivasi belajar. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan menurunnya motivasi belajar siswa, karena adanya kesulitan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dan kesulitan dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of learning motivation of SMAN 1 Menganti students following Physical Education learning during the Covid-19 pandemic with a work from home (WFH) system. The research design used descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were students of SMAN 1 Menganti with a sample of 10 students, including 5 students from Science 3 and 5 students from Science 6. The method used was quota sampling where the selection was taken based on parallel rankings in schools. Where class 11 Science 3 was occupied by most students who got lot of achievement while class 11 Science 6 was occupied by most students who are less disciplined compared to other science classes. In collected this data, it was done through interviews using the google zoom. Data analysis techniques used Miles and Hubermen were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis of 10 students that 60% of students collected the assignments on time and 40% did not collected on time and 0% never collected assignments. while 40% of students did not experienced problems due to have an internet network connection, 40% of the other obstacles were in the form of an unstable network, another 20% were in the form of lack of understanding of the material due to lack of practice and direct direction by the teacher in Physical Education so that SMAN 1 Menganti students experienced decrease in learning motivation. So it was concluded that learning during the Covid-19 pandemic caused a decrease in student learning motivation, due to difficulties in participating in learning and difficulties in understanding the material presented.
