SURVEI KOMPETENSI GURU PJOK DI SD SE-KECAMATAN GARUM KABUPATEN BLITAR

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kompetensi guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di Sekolah Dasar se-Kecamatan Garum Kabupaten Blitar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah 27 guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di Sekolah Dasar yang ada di Kecamatan garum dan untuk sampel pada penelitian ini terdapat 17 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah dengan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu instrumen kuesioner berbasis web yang dikembangkan oleh tim risetpjokindonesia.com hasil adopsi yang terdiri dari 24 pertanyaan memiliki validitas dan keandalannya. Indikator dari instrument tersebut ada 4 yakni pedagogik, kepribadian, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi profesional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengisian langsung secara online dan bimbingan secara langsung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah teknik analisis deskriptif dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat nilai rata-rata kompetensi guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di Sekolah Dasar se-Kecamatan Garum Kabupaten Blitar adalah 39% dengan kategori kurang, dan setiap kompetensi menunjukkan bahwa nilai  kompetensi pedagogik adalah 30,7% dengan kategori kurang, nilai kompetensi kepribadian adalah 48,5 dengan kategori biasa, nilai kompetensi sosial adalah 51,8%, dengan kategori biasa, dan nilai kompetensi profesional adalah 35% dengan kategori kurang. Melalui hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan dari 4 komponen kompetensi guru, nilai yang tertinggi adalah kompetensi sosial, sedangkan nilai yang terendah adalah kompetensi profesional serta nilai secara keseluruhan kompetensi guru masuk dalam kategori kurang.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the level of competence of Sports and Health Physical Education teachers in Elementary Schools in Garum District of Blitar Regency. This type of research is a survey with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study was 27 teachers of Sports and Health Physical Education in Elementary Schools in Garum Subdistrict, and for the sample in this study, there were 17 teachers. The sampling technique in this study was by purposive sampling. The instrument used in the study was a web-based questionnaire instrument developed by the risetpjokindonesia.com adoption team consisting of 24 questions of validity and reliability. Indicators of the instrument there are 4, namely pedagogical, personality, social competence, and professional competence. Data collection is done by charging directly online and direct guidance. The data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive analysis technique of the research results obtained. The results showed that there was an average competency value of Sports and Health Physical Education teachers in Elementary School in Garum District of Blitar Regency is 39% with less category, and each competency indicates that pedagogical competency value is 30.7% with less category, personality competency value is 48.5 with ordinary category, social competency value is 51.8%, with ordinary category, and professional competency value is 35% with category less. Through the results of the study, it can be concluded that the overall research results of the 4 components of teacher competence, the highest value is social competence. In contrast, the lowest value is professional competence, and the overall value of teacher competence falls lack.
