PENGARUH UNDER BASKET DAN CHECK MARK TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR LAY UP SHOOT

Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga dan Rekreasi atau yang biasa disingkat dengan sebutan PJKR adalah salah satu pelajaran wajib yang ada dipersekolahan. Pembelajaran materi bola basket merupakan salah satu item yang terkandung dalam pembelajaran olahraga. Namun, dalam proses pembelajarannya cenderung menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional yang monoton. Sehingga pendekatan model under basket dan check mark dapat menjadi salah satu pendekatan yang cukup efektif dilakukan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar keterampilan lay up shoot two steps dalam pembelajaran materi bola basket. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pendekatan under basket dan check mark terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan lay up shoot pada siswa kelas XI di SMKN 1 Buduran. Jika pendekatan under basket dan check mark ini berpengaruh maka seberapa besar pengaruh tersebut. Jenis yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain One Group Pretest Posttest menggunakan satu kelas yang dipilih secara acak. Pemilihan mulai dari seluruh kelas sebelas dengan memilih acak kejuruan lalu memilih kelas dan terpilih kelas XI BTK 1 sebagai sampel yang terdiri dari 35 siswa. Analisis data yang didapatkan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pendekatan model under basket dan check mark terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan lay up shoot two steps. Adanya pengaruh dapat dilihat dari hasil uji T atau sample paired t-test yang menunjukkan nilai sig (2 Tailed) < 0,00 (kurang dari 0,05) pada kedua ranah baik pengetahuan maupun  keterampilan yang artinya terdapat pengaruh pendekatan model atau treatment yang diberikan terhadap hasil belajar. Kemudian pada peningkatan juga dapat dilihat presentase kenaikan pada ranah pengetahuan terdapat peningkatan sebesar 43,78% dan pada ranah keterampilan meningkat sebesar 50,62%.

Abstract

Physical Education, Sports and Recreation or what is commonly abbreviated as PJKR is one of the compulsory subjects in schools. Learning basketball material is one of the items contained in sports learning. However, in the learning process it tends to use conventional, monotonous learning. So that the under basket and check mark model approach can be an approach that is quite effective in improving the learning outcomes of the two steps lay up shoot skill in learning basketball material. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the under basket and check mark approach on the learning outcomes of lay up shoot skills in class XI students at SMKN 1 Buduran. If the under basket and check mark approach has an effect, then how big is the influence. The type used was a quasi-experimental design with One Group Pretest Posttest using one class that was randomly selected. The selection started from all eleventh grade by choosing a vocational random and then selecting a class and selected class XI BTK 1 as a sample consisting of 35 students. Analysis of the data obtained showed that there was an influence of the under basket and check mark model approaches on the learning outcomes of the two steps lay up shoot skill. The existence of influence can be seen from the results of the T test or sample paired t-test which shows a sig value (2 Tailed) <0.00 (less than 0.05) in both domains of both knowledge and skills, which means that there is an influence of the model approach or treatment given on learning outcomes. Then in the increase it can also be seen that the percentage increase in the realm of knowledge was an increase of 43.78% and in the realm of skills it increased by 50.62%.
