MINAT PESERTA DIDIK TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN JASMANI, OLAHRAGA DAN KESEHATAN (PJOK) SUB BAB BOLAVOLI DI SMP NEGERI 1 TUGU

Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan tentang minat peserta didik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran PJOK terutama bolavoli pada siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Tugu. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana minat serta perkembangan minat peserta didik putra dan putri dalam mengikuti pembelajaran PJOK terutama bolavoli di SMP Negeri 1 Tugu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif yaitu disajikan dalam analisis deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, survei dan dokumen. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Sekolah SMPN 1 Tugu, Guru PJOK SMPN 1 Tugu, dan Peserta didik yang diwakili oleh masing-masing kelas dengan jumlah kelas sebanyak 6 kelas. Analisis yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan konsep peningkatan minat oleh Slameto (2015) yang ditinjau dari tiga aspek. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa minat peserta didik pada pembelajaran PJOK terutama permainan bolavoli yang dilihat dari konsep peningkatan minat oleh Slameto (2015. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara terdapat 10 dari 12 siswa yang menyatakan bahwa pada pembelajaran PJOK paling menyukai permainan bolavoli serta pada hasil kuesioner dari 30 siswa kelas VII menyatakan bahwa terdapat 25 siswa merasa senang mengetahui pembelajaran hari itu adalah permainan bolavoli, 26 siswa merasa permainan bolavoli membuat pikiran lebih segar, 21 siswa merasa tertarik dengan permainan bolavoli dan 15 siswa memilih permaianan bolavoli sebagai materi paling disukai. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) Sub Bab Bolavoli di SMP Negeri 1 Tugu tergolong tinggi dengan perkembangan antara minat siswa putra lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa putri.

Abstract

This research raises the issue of students' interest in participating in PJOK learning, especially volleyball, for class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Tugu. The aim of this research is to determine the extent of interest and development of male and female students' interest in participating in PJOK lessons, especially volleyball at SMP Negeri 1 Tugu. The research method used is qualitative research, which is presented in descriptive analysis with data collection using observation, interviews, surveys and documents. The research subjects in this study were the Principal of SMPN 1 Tugu, the PJOK Teacher of SMPN 1 Tugu, and students represented by each class with a total of 6 classes. The analysis used in this research uses the concept of increasing interest by Slameto (2015) which is viewed from three aspects. The results of the research show that students' interest in learning PJOK, especially volleyball games, is seen from the concept of increasing interest by Slameto (2015. Based on the results of interviews, there were 10 out of 12 students who stated that when learning PJOK they liked volleyball the most, as well as the results of questionnaires from 30 class students. VII stated that there were 25 students who were happy to know that the day's lesson was a game of volleyball, 26 students felt that the game of volleyball made their minds fresher, 21 students felt interested in the game of volleyball and 15 students chose the game of volleyball as their most favorite material. Thus it can be concluded that interest students' interest in learning Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) Sub-chapter Volleyball at SMP Negeri 1 Tugu is classified as high with the development of interest among male students being higher than that of female students.
