PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PERMAINAN AIR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR RENANG GAYA BEBAS

Pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan disingkat PJOK Salah satu pelajaran wajib dan terlaksana di jenjang sekolah dasar. PJOK tidak hanya aktivitas fisik dan cabang olahraga tertentu saja namun pembelajaran PJOK juga diatur kementerian Pendidikan materi pembelajaran PJOK terdiri Pembelajaran akuatik yang paling umum diterapkan di sekolah ialah renang di tingkat sekolah dasar merupakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dalam renang perlu adanya penguasaan Teknik berenang untuk bisa berenang. Pada jejang sekolah dasar pemberian pembelajaran renang merupakan aspek dasar siswa agar bisa berenang. Selain aspek keterampilan renang pembelajaran renang sekolah dasar perlu permainan agar siswa tidak bosan mengikuti pembelajaran renang variasi permianan sesuai dengan pembelajaran renang gaya bebas salah satunya adalah permainan air. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh pemberian permainan air terhadap hasil belajar renang gaya bebas. Desain penelitian eksperimen murni pendekatan kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Populasi ada 3 kelas V/A, V/B, dan V/C dengan jumlah 110 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas V/B dengan jumlah 22 siswa. Dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest design. Hasil penelitian analisis data SPSS dengan hasil pretest 1.593 dan posttest 1.788 ditemukan selisih nilai sebesar 195 signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dapat dinyatakan ada pengaruh berdasarkan nilai mean sebesar 11,50% terhadap hasil belajar renang gaya bebas.

In addition to aspects of swimming skills, elementary school swimming lessons need games so that students do not get bored following swimming lessons, variations of games in accordance with freestyle swimming learning, one of which is water games. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of giving water games on freestyle swimming learning outcomes. Pure experimental research design quantitative approach, sampling using cluster random sampling technique. The population was 3 classes V/A, V/B, and V/C with a total of 110 students. The sample of this study was class V/B with 22 students. With a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The results of the SPSS data analysis research with the results of the pretest 1,593 and posttest 1,788 found a difference in value of 195 significant 0.000 <0.05 can be stated that there is an influence based on the mean value of 11.50% on the learning outcomes of freestyle swimming.
