IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD SEBAGAI UPAYA DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR KETERAMPILAN RECEIVE BOLA VOLI

Rendahnya keterampilan receive bola voli pada siswa SMPN 23 Surabaya menunjukkan perlunya penerapan model pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar secara efektif. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) dipilih karena menekankan kerja sama kelompok, tanggung jawab individu, dan partisipasi aktif siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar keterampilan receive bola voli pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 23 Surabaya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain One Group Pretest–Posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 32 siswa kelas VIII yang dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes keterampilan passing bawah (AAHPERD Volleyball Passing Test) sebelum dan sesudah pemberian perlakuan berupa pembelajaran STAD, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, dan Paired Sample t-Test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 1,09 meningkat menjadi 1,71 pada posttest. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Paired Sample t-Test memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,00 (<0,05), yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar keterampilan receive bola voli. Implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar keterampilan receive bola voli pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 23 Surabaya. Model STAD dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran PJOK yang efektif karena mampu meningkatkan kemampuan teknik, kerja sama, tanggung jawab, dan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.
