PERBANDINGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN JASMANI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS NEGERI DAN SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS SWASTA (Studi pada SMA Negeri 3 Sampang dan SMA Darussyahid Sampang)

Pendidikan merupakan suatu hal yang mutlak yang harus dipenuhi.  Sedangkan dalam undang-undang Republik Indonesia No 20 tahun 2003 Bab X tentang kurikulum pasal 37 diterangkan bahwa kurikulum pendidikan dasar dan menengah wajib memuat salah satunya yakni Penjasorkes, artinya bahwa diseluruh satuan pendidikan tingkat dasar dan menengah harus ada mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan. Dengan pembelajaran penjasorkes di sekolah, untuk meningkatkan aktivitas penjasorkes, maka motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran penjasorkes mempunyai peranan penting. Dalam pembelajaran penjasorkes, salah satu indikator yang harus dicapai yaitu siswa dapat melakukan gerakan dengan baik dan benar. Berdasarkan pemaparan di atas peneliti mengambil judul perbandingan motivasi belajar pendidikan jasmani sekolah menengah atas negeri dan sekolah menengah atas swasta (studi pada SMA Negeri 3 Sampang dan SMA Darussyahid Sampang).

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan motivasi belajar pendidikan jasmani antara siswa  SMA Negeri 3 Sampang dan SMA Darussyahid Sampang dan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar pendidikan jasmani mana yang lebih baik antara siswa SMA Negeri 3 Sampang dan SMA Darussyahid Sampang.

Berdasarkan deskripsi data penelitian pada motivasi siswa kelas X-5 SMAN 3 Sampang diketahui nilai mean 161, nilai minimal 143, nilai maksimal 175, dan standar deviasi 8,16, siswa kelas XI IPA-2 SMAN 3 Sampang dapat diketahui nilai mean 157, nilai minimal 135, nilai maksimal 177, dan standar deviasi 9,69, siswa kelas X-1 SMA Darussyahid Sampang dapat diketahui nilai mean 154, nilai minimal 124, nilai maksimal 172, dan standar deviasi 10,11, dan siswa kelas XI IPA-1 SMA Darussyahid Sampang dapat diketahui nilai mean 163, nilai minimal 151, nilai m aksimal 178, danstandardeviasi 6,80. Dan hasiluji independent samples test diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 0,495 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,622 lebih besar dari pada sebesar 0,05 (p > 0,05).

Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar pendidikan jasmani antara sekolah menengah atas negeri dan sekolah menengah atas swasta yang dilakukan pada SMA Negeri 3 Sampang dan SMA Darussyahid Sampang. 

Dengan hasil penelitian pada simpulan pertama, maka motivasi belajar pendidikan jasmani SMA Negeri 3 Sampang dan SMA Darussyahid Sampang sama.

Abstract

  Education is an absolute thing that must be demanded. In Undang-Undang (law) of Republic of Indonesia No. 20 of 2003, chapter X about curriculum of Section 37 explains that education curriculum of elementary school and high school must include Penjasorkes. It means that the education units ofelementary school and highschool should apply a subject of physical education, sport, and health. Penjasorkes learning improves Penjasorkes activity at school. So,students’ motivation in participating Penjasorkes learning has an important role. In Penjasorkes learning, one of the indicators that must be achieved isstudents can do the movements well. Based on the explanationabove, the researcher took a title “comparison the learning motivation of physical education between state high school and private high school”  that was conducted at SMAN 3 Sampang and SMA Darussyahid Sampang.

The purpose of this study is to determine differences the learning motivation of  physical education between SMAN 3 Sampang students andSMA Darussyahid Sampang students. It is also to find the better one between SMAN 3 Sampang students andSMA Darussyahid Sampang students in the learning motivation of  physical education.

Based on the description of the research, students’ motivation class X SMAN 3 Sampang had mean value 161. The minimum value was 143. The maximum value was 175 and the standard deviation was 8.16. Students’ motivation class XI SMAN 3 Sampang hadmean value 157. The minimum value was 135. The maximum value was 177, and the standard deviation was 9.69. The other side, students’ motivation class X SMA Darussyahid Sampang hadmean values ​​154. The minimum value was 124. The maximum value was 172, and the standard deviation was 10.11. And students’ motivation class XI SMA Darussyahid Sampang had mean value 163. The minimum value was 151. The maximum value was 178, and the standard deviation was 6.80. Independent samples test obtained t value 0.495 and the significance value was 0.622 that was greater than  0.05 (p>0.05).

It can be concluded that there is not difference between the learning motivation of physical education between state high school and private high schools that was conducted at SMAN 3 Sampang and SMA Darussyahid Sampang.

The research result of the learnig motivation of physical education between SMAN 3 Sampang and SMA Darussyahid Sampang is equal.
