Abstract

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with a high potential for the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This causes disruption to the teaching and learning process, so it is required to learn online. Teachers or educators are expected to develop network-based learning media to advance the teaching and learning process and make it easier for students to learn. The Instrumentation and Control course is a course that requires practicum, so it is difficult to do online learning. The purpose of this study is to describe the feasibility of video tutorials developed and describe learning outcomes, student responses, and lecturer responses to the application of video tutorial-based learning media. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The model used in this research is ADDIE with five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Using questionnaires from material experts, media experts, linguists, students who have taken Instrumentation and Control, lecturer responses, student responses, pre-test and post-test to determine the feasibility of video tutorials. The results of the feasibility of video tutorials from material experts are 3.67 very decent categories, linguists 3.7 very decent categories, media experts 3.72 very decent categories, students who have studied 3.8 very decent categories. Video tutorials with an average of 3.72 are included in the very decent category. Therefore, the Omron CP1E PLC operating tutorial video can be used as learning material for Instrumentation and Control lecture.
