Based on the results of observations and interviews during PLP, information was found that learning in technical drawing subjects is still not running optimally because learning is still using conventional methods. This study aims to produce appropriate technical drawing learning media, student responses to learning media, the effectiveness of learning media, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of learning media. This study uses a 4D development model. The subjects of this study were students of class X Machining Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire questionnaire technique. The results of the feasibility of learning media with a percentage of 89% which are included in the criteria are very feasible. The student's response to the Articulate Storyline-based technical drawing learning media was obtained with a percentage value of 83% which was included in the very positive criteria. The effectiveness of learning media obtained a gain score of 0.585 which is included in the medium criteria. Articulate Storyline-based learning media has several advantages and disadvantages.
