The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of using video learning materials. The research method used is quasi-experimental method. The results of using basic video material for light vehicle engine maintenance in the experimental class showed an average increase in learning outcomes of 71.6% from the previous pretest average value of 54.3 to a posttest average value of 75.9. The results of the analysis of the mean test of the two scores in the experimental class obtained a significance level of the paired sample test of 0.000 so that it was concluded that there was a significant difference in the learning outcomes of the experimental class.
