PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF PENGELASAN SMAW BERBASIS ARTICULATE STORYLINE 3 PADA SISWA KELAS X SMK NEGERI 1 DRIYOREJO

This study aims to develop an interactive learning medium based on Articulate Storyline 3 for the Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) subject for Grade X students of the Welding Engineering program at SMK Negeri 1 Driyorejo. The background of this study is the limited availability of learning media, which is still predominantly characterized by the use of whiteboards and lecture-based instructional methods, resulting in learning activities that are not optimally supported by interactive media. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE development model. The research object was an Articulate Storyline 3–based learning medium, while the research subjects consisted of material experts, media experts, and Grade X TPM 3 students at SMK Negeri 1 Driyorejo during the odd semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. The results indicated that the developed learning medium achieved a feasibility percentage of 98.55%, classified as very feasible based on validations conducted by material experts and media experts. Therefore, the interactive learning medium based on Articulate Storyline 3 is appropriate for use as a supporting medium in SMAW welding instruction at SMK Negeri 1 Driyorejo.
