Abstract

Abstract
This study aims to develop a CNC Turning e-module of the Krisbow CKE6130i type and to describe its feasibility, students’ responses, and learning outcomes after its use in the CNC course of the Bachelor Program in Mechanical Engineering Education at Universitas Negeri Surabaya. The research employed a 4D development model (define, design, develop, disseminate) with a limited trial involving 10 students. Validation by material and media experts yielded an average validity score of 3.46 with a feasibility percentage of 86.46%, indicating that the e-module is very valid and very feasible. The cognitive test and psychomotor performance rubric obtained an average validity score of 3.48 with a feasibility percentage of 86.90%, so they are considered highly feasible as assessment tools. Students’ responses to the e-module were in the very good category, with an average percentage of 86.43%. Learning outcomes increased from an average score of 56 (pre test) to 85.1 (post test) with 100% mastery, an N Gain value of 0.661 (medium category), and an average psychomotor performance score of 80.2 (good category), indicating that the developed e-module is effective in enhancing students’ CNC competencies.
