The competency gap between vocational school/technical high school (SMK) graduates and industry needs still often occurs, where vocational school/SMK graduates often lack relevant and adaptive skills in line with modern industrial developments, especially in soft skills such as communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity or 4C. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of implementing the PjBL model on differences in 4C competencies between two groups of classes (experimental and control) at SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya in the subject of creative entrepreneurship products. The method used was quantitative with a quasi-experimental design and data analysis using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test for normality (Sig. > 0.05 = normally distributed) and hypothesis testing using the Independent sample t-test (ANCOVA) (Sig. <0.05 (H₀) rejected and (Ho) accepted) and effect size using Cohen's d to determine the impact of implementation. The learning evaluation results were tested, and the ANCOVA test results showed a Sig. value of 0.753 (> 0.05), so the null hypothesis (H₀) was accepted. These results indicate that statistically there is no significant difference in the mean between the experimental class and the control class. However, the effect size test using Cohen's d showed a value of 1.459, which is in the large category, indicating that in practice, the application of PjBL has a substantial impact on improving students' critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication (4C) skills..
