Abstract

This This study examines the internship program, a crucial component of education that plays a role in improving students' job readiness. However, its implementation has not always been optimal, necessitating a comprehensive evaluation. This study aimed to examine the internship program for students in the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. This study employed a quantitative descriptive approach with 54 students as subjects. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, and then analyzed using descriptive statistics in percentage form. The results showed that the Context aspect scored 89.63% (very good), Input 66.39% (good), Process 83.69% (very good), and Product 91.51% (very good). Overall, the internship program achieved a score of 83.30%, categorized as very good. These findings indicate that the internship program has been effective, but improvements are still needed in the Input aspect, particularly related to student readiness and program implementation.
