Implementation of Integrated Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Jobsheets to Improve Automotive Chassis Practical Skills Among 12th-grade TKRO Students at SMKN 7 Surabaya

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) integrated jobsheets
in improving students' skill competence in automotive chassis practice. The background of this research is based on the
low awareness of students in applying K3 principles and the limited learning media used in practice. This research is a
Classroom Action Research (PTK) conducted in two cycles, involving students of class XII TKRO SMKN 7 Surabaya as
research subjects. The research instruments used included practical jobsheets, assessment sheets, observations, and
student response questionnaires. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively quantitatively by comparing
student learning outcomes before and after the application of the jobsheet. The results showed that the use of K3
integrated jobsheets was able to improve student competence both from the aspects of knowledge, skills, and work
attitudes. In addition, the application of this jobsheet also fosters a safe, disciplined, and industry-standard work culture
in the school workshop environment. Thus, the K3 integrated jobsheet is proven to be effective as a practical learning
media to improve the quality of student competence and support the achievement of vocational education goals based
on the needs of the world of work.
