PENGARUH MASSA MORDAN TUNJUNG TERHADAP HASIL PEWARNAAN BUNGA DADAP MERAH PADA KAIN PRIMISIMA MENGGUNAKAN TEKNIK SHIBORI ARASHI

Shibori arashi adalah teknik pemberian motif dengan cara melilitkan kain pada pipa silinder. Pencelupan untuk shibori arashi dapat menggunakan pewarna sintetis maupun pewarna alam. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pewarna alami bunga dadap merah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil pewarnaan shibori arashi dan uji lab ketahanan luntur warna pada blus. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen.Variabel bebas penelitian ini adalah massa mordan tunjung 50 gram, 100 gram, dan 150 gram. variabel terikat meliputi aspek ketajaman warna pada dasar kain dan hasil jadi motif, kesukaan, dan uji tahan luntur warna. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi yang telah diisi oleh 30 observer. Analisis data menggunakan anava tunggal dengan bantuan SPSS serta dilakukan uji laboratorium. Hasil uji data menyatakan bahwa (1) hasil jadi pewarnaan pada aspek ketajaman warna pada dasar kain, massa tunjung 50 gram dengan nilai mean 2,86. Hasil jadi motif, massa tunjung 50 gram dengan nilai mean 3,23. Pada aspek kesukaan, massa tunjung 50 gram dengan nilai mean 2,13. (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada aspek ketajaman warna pada dasar kain, hasil jadi motif, dan kesukaan masing-masing mendapatkan nilai yang signifikan P=0,000 yang artinya Ha diterima. (3) aspek uji kesukaan pada pewarnaan shibori arashi menggunakan bunga dadap merah yang paling diminati terdapat pada massa mordan 50 gram. (4) Hasil uji daya tahan luntur warna massa tunjung 50 gram memiliki nilai rata-rata cukup, massa tunjung 100 gram dan 150 gram nilai rata-rata cukup baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulakan bahwa hasil jadi pewarnaan bunga dadap merah pada kain primisima menggunakan teknik shibori arashi dengan massa mordan tunjung 50 gram sangat baik dan terdapat pengaruh massa mordan tunjung ditinjau dari aspek ketajaman warna meliputi warna dasar kain dan hasil jadi motif, kesukaan, dan uji daya tahan luntur warna.

Abstract

Shibori arashi is a technique of giving the motif by wrapping a cloth on a cylinder pipe. Immersion for arashi shibori can use synthetic dyes as well as natural dyes. In this study using the natural dye of red dadap flowers. The purpose of this research is to know the result ofcolor arashi shibori and color fastness lab test on blouse. The method of this research is experiment. The free variables of this research are mordan tunjung mass 50 gram, 100 gram, and 150 gram. dependent variables include aspects of sharpness of the color on the bottom of the fabric and the finished result of motif, likability, and color fastness test. Data collection using observations that have been filled by 30 observers. Data analysis using single anava with SPSS aid and laboratory test. The results of the data test stated that (1) the results were stained on the sharpness of the color on the base of the fabric, the mass of 50 grams of tunjung with a mean value of 2.86. The result is motive, mass of 50 grams of tunjung with mean value 3,23. In the preferred aspect, the mass of 50 grams of tunjung with a mean value of 2.13. (2) There is a significant influence on the sharpness of the color on the base of fabric, the result is the motive, and the likes each get a significant value of P = 0,000 which means Ha accepted. (3) the favorite test aspect of the coloring arashi shibori using the most popular red dadap is found in the 50 gram mordan mass. (4) The result of felicity test of 50 gram of tunjung mass has enough average value, mass of tunjung 100 gram and 150 gram average value is good enough. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion can be concluded that the results so dadap dadap red color on primisima fabric usingtechnique shibori arashi with mass mordan tunjung 50 gram very good and there is influence of mordan tunjung mass observed from aspect of sharpness of color covering cloth base color and result so motif, preferences, and color fastness tests.
