PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN POLA ROK LINGKAR DI TRAWAS TRASHION CARNIVAL (TTC) KECAMATAN TRAWAS KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO

Pelatihan pembuatan pola rok lingkar di Trawas Trashion Carnival (TTC) kecamatan Trawas Mojokerto diadakan untuk memberikan pengetahuan maupun keterampilan dalam pembuatan pola rok lingkar. Pelatihan diberikan karena anggota Trawas Trashion Carnival (TTC) tidak memiliki latar belakang pendidikan maupun keterampilan dibidang tata busana sehingga kompetensi yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan busana khususnya pembuatan pola tidak mereka miliki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan pelatihan pembuatan pola rok lingkar, hasil pelatihan pembuatan pola rok lingkar, dan respon peserta terhadap pelatihan pembuatan pola rok lingkar di Trawas Trashion Carnival (TTC) kecamatan Trawas kabupaten Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 16 orang anggota Trawas Trashion Carnival (TTC). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan angket. Keterlaksanaan aktivitas instruktur berdasarkan 9 aspek yang diamati memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,6 yang termasuk klasifikasi sangat baik. Keterlaksaan aktivitas peserta pelatihan pembuatan pola rok lingkar dari 6 aspek yang diamati memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,3 yang termasuk klasifikasi sangat baik. Hasil pelatihan pembuatan pola rok lingkar yang diperoleh adalah 25% dari peserta memperoleh nilai sangat baik, 43,75% dari peserta memperoleh nilai baik, dan 31,25% dari peserta pelatihan memperoleh nilai cukup baik. Respon peserta pelatihan terhadap pelatihan pembuatan pola rok lingkar di Trawas Trashion Carnival (TTC) terhadap 15 aspek pertanyaan memperoleh presentase 73,3% dengan kategori baik. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa keterlaksanaan pelatihan, hasil pelatihan, dan respon peserta pelatihan berdasarkan aktivitas instruktur serta aktivitas peserta pelatihan pada setiap aspeknya sangat baik.

Abstract

The training to produce a circle skirt pattern at Trawas Trashion Carnival (TTC) in Trawas sub-district of Mojokerto held to give the knowledge and skills to make a circle skirt pattern. The training which delivered to the member of Trawas Trashion Carnival (TTC) caused of they did not have the educational background or skills in fashion, therefore they did not have the competencies which needed to make clothing especially to make the patterns. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of training to produce a circle skirt pattern, to determine the results of the practice, and to determine the participants response of the training at Trawas Trashion Carnival (TTC) in Trawas sub-district of Mojokerto. Type of this research is descriptive research. The research subjects are 16 members of Trawas Trashion Carnival (TTC). The data collection method uses the method of observation and the questionnaire. The implementation of instructor activities according to 9 observed aspects obtained the average score of 4.6 which contained a good classification. The implementation of the training participants activity to produce a circle skirt pattern from 6 observed aspects obtained the average score of 4.3 which contained a good classification. The results of the training to make the circle skirt pattern were 25% of the participants which received good numbers, 43.75% of the participants which received good grades, and 31.25% of the training participants scored quite well. The training participants responses of the training to produce a circle skirt pattern at Trawas Trashion Carnival (TTC) toward 15 aspects of the question obtained the percentage of 73.3% with a good category. The results of the study stated that the implementation of the training, the results of the practice, and the response of the training participants according to the instructors activities and the activities of the training participants in each aspect were good.
