Abstrak
Butik Melia Wijaya adalah salah satu butik yang menjual busana ready to wear, produk yang paling diminati adalah busana ready to wear berbahan batik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen pada busana ready to wear berbahan batik di Butik Melia Wijaya Surabaya.
Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesioner. Kuesioner diberikan kepada 35 responden yang membeli busana ready to wear berbahan batik di Butik Melia Wijaya Surabaya. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan perhitungan persentase.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen pada busana ready to wear berbahan batik di Butik Melia Wijaya Surabaya yaitu faktor kebudayaan (21%), faktor sosial (15%), faktor pribadi (43%), faktor psikologis (14%), dan atribut produk (42%)

Abstract
Melia Wijaya Boutique is one of the boutiques that sells ready to wear clothing, the most popular product is ready to wear clothing made from batik. This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer behavior in ready to wear clothing made from batik in Melia Wijaya Boutique Surabaya.
This type of research includes descriptive research. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire. The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet. The questionnaire was given to 35 respondents who bought ready to wear clothing made from batik in Melia Wijaya Boutique Surabaya. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively with percentage calculations.
The results showed that factors affecting consumer behavior in ready to wear clothing made from batik in Melia Wijaya Boutique Surabaya were cultural factors (21%), social factors (15%), personal factors (43%), psychological factors (14%), and product attributes (42%)
