Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Konflik Sosial dalam Film ???? I Not Stupid Too Karya Jack Neo ???. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah peneliti tertarik menganalisis konflik sosial yang dialami oleh tokoh utama. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 Apa saja bentuk konflik sosial yang dialami tokoh utama dalam film???? I Not Stupid Too Karya Jack Neo ???, 2 Apa saja penyebab terjadinya Konflik Sosial dalam Film ???? I Not Stupid TooKarya Jack Neo ???, 3Bagaimanakah penyelesaian konflik dalam film???? I Not Stupid Too Karya Jack Neo ???

Subjek penelitian ini adalah film ???? I Not Stupid Too Karya Jack Neo ???. Penelitian difokuskan pada permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan bentuk konflik, penyebab konflik dan cara penyelesaian konflik yang dialami oleh tokoh utama dalam film ???? I Not Stupid Too Karya Jack Neo ???. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyimak dan menyalin dialog yang ada dalam film ???? I Not Stupid Too Karya Jack Neo ???, kemudian data tersebut diklasifikasikan dan dianalisis berdasarkan kajian teori.

Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 17 konflik sosial yang dialami tokoh utama dan diklasifikasikan ke dalam dua bentuk konflik sosial yaitu konflik antar peranan sosial dan konflik antara kelompok sosial. Kemudian dari 12 data penyebab terjadinya konflik dapat diklasifikasikan ke dalam empat kategori penyebab konflik sosial yaitu perbedaan antarindividu, perbedaan kepentingan, perbedaan kebudayaan dan perubahan sosial. Sedangkan dari 9 data penyelesaian konflik, diklasifikasikan ke dalam lima penyelesaian konflik, yaitu coercion atau karena adanya paksaan, compromise atau saling mengurangi tuntutan, mediation atau dengan adanya pihak ketiga yang menengahi, conciliation atau usaha untuk mempertemukan keinginan kedua belah pihak, dan toleration atau adanya kesadaran dalam dirisendiri.

I Not Stupid Too by Jack Neo ???”.

The subject of this study is a film entitle ????I Not Stupid Too by Jack Neo ???. This study is focused in a problem which is related with the kinds of conflict, the causes of the conflict, and conflict solution which are experienced by the character in ????I Not Stupid Too by Jack Neo ???. This study is categorized as a qualitative descriptive research. Qualitative research is used to describe the results of the analysis of the data obtained. The data of this study is collected by listening and copying the dialogue in the film ???? Bu Ben Xiao Hai I Not Stupid Too by Jack Neo ???, then the data is classified and analyzed based on the theoretical framework.

Based on the analysis of this study, it can be concluded that there are 17 social conflicts experienced by the main character and it is classified into two forms of social conflict, namely Social conflict between roles and conflict between social groups. Then from 12 data which is the cause of the conflict, it can be classified into four categories of social conflict cause, they are differences between individuals, differences in interests, cultural diversity and social changing. From 9 data conflict solutions,then they are classified into five conflict solution. They are coercion or because of enforcement, compromise or reducing mutual demands, mediation or by the existence of third party to mediate, Conciliation or attempt to reconcile the desires of both parties, and Toleration or an awareness withinoneself.
