Representasi Maskulinitas Tokoh dalam komik Soul Land《斗罗大陆》Dòu Luō Dàlù Karya (唐家 三少) Táng Jiā Sān Shǎo

Abstract

Abstrak Maskulinitas merupakan suatu kontruksi yang muncul dalam masyarakat yang membahas tentang perilaku, peranan sosial, dan suatu makna tertentu yang melekat pada tubuh laki-laki dalam keadaan tertentu. Peneliti bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aspek dan sifat maskulinitas tokoh dalam komik Soul Land. Penelitian ini berusaha mencari representasi maskulinitas dalam komik Soul Land. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik membaca, mengamati, dan mencatat atau mendokumentasikan dalam bentuk data. Hasil dalam penelitian ini pada tiga tokoh yakni Tokoh (唐三) Táng sān, Tokoh (戴沐白) Dàimùbái, dan Tokoh (奥斯卡) Àosīkǎ total ditemukan data sebanyak 47 data. Pada tokoh Tang San Sifat New man as narcissist, dan sifat laki-laki metroseksual tidak ditemukan. Pada tokoh Dai Mubai aspek Ethnicity, Geographical, Class and Occupation, Historical Location, Religion and Beliefs tidak ditemukan dan untuk sifat new man as nurturer, New man as narcissist, dan laki-laki metroseksual tidak ditemukan. Pada tokoh Aosika aspek Ethnicity, Historical Location, Religion and Beliefs, Culture and Subculture tidak ditemukan data dan untuk sifat new man as nurturer tidak ditemukan. Maskulinitas dari tiga tokoh memiliki ukuran maskulinitas yang berbeda-beda pada setiap tokohnya. Ketiga tokoh merupakan tokoh yang maskulin tetapi pada tingkat setiap tokoh memiliki aspek dan sifat maskulinitasnya tersendiri yang berbeda-beda ukuranya. Abstract Masculinity is a construct that emerges in society that discusses behavior, social roles, and certain meanings attached to the male body in certain circumstances. The researcher aims to describe the aspects and traits of masculinity of the characters in the comic Soul Land. This research attempts to find representations of masculinity in the Soul Land comic. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This research uses reading, observing, and recording or documenting techniques in the form of data. The results of this research on three figures, namely the figure (唐三) Táng sān, the figure (戴沐白) Dàimùbái, and the figure (奥斯卡) Àosīkǎ, found a total of 47 data. In the character Tang San, the new human trait is a narcissist, and the metrosexual male trait is not found. In Dai Mubai's character, aspects of Ethnicity, Geography, Class and Occupation, Historical Location, Religion and Belief were not found and the characteristics of the new man as a caregiver, the new Man as a narcissist, and the metrosexual man were not found. For Aosika's character, there were no data on aspects of Ethnicity, Historical Location, Religion and Belief, Culture and Subculture and no data was found on the nature of the new human being as a caregiver. The masculinity of the three characters has a different measure of masculinity for each character.
