MATHunesa: Jurnal Ilmiah Matematika

          Since publishing online for the first time in 2013, MATHunesa: Jurnal Ilmiah Matematika has used an OJS 2 as a journal management system. All communication has been done fully online by the author, editor, and reviewer. In 2020, the management of journals under the AIPI (Artificial Intelligence and Scientific Publication) unit of Universitas Negeri Surabaya migrated the system from OJS 2 to OJS 3. Several changes were made to be able to provide more services to authors and reviewers.

          From our first online publication (volume 01 number 1, 2013) up to the current publication (volume 10 number 1, April 2022), MATHunesa: Jurnal Ilmiah Matematika only accepted manuscripts from mathematics students of Universitas Negeri Surabaya as the requirement of graduation. Therefore, the review process only has been done internally. In the next issue, volume 10 number 2 (August 2022), MATHunesa: Jurnal Ilmiah Matematika will accept articles not only from mathematics students of Universitas Negeri Surabaya but also from other worldwide authors, and the review process will be done through an external reviewer. The journal management process will also involve a team of editors from outside Unesa as displayed in the Editorial Team.  

          Since the publication of Volume 10 Number 1 (April 30, 2022), MATHunesa: Jurnal Ilmiah Matematika has also changed manuscript templates from the old ones to the new templates. It is about the completion of some parts including the additional information about the city, the country, and the email of the corresponding author. It is also the suggestion about the use of reference management software for the references list, such as Mendeley, Zotero, Endnote, etc. This amendment template aims to improve the quality of visual publications.
