PELAKSANAAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PT.PETROKIMIA GRESIK (Studi Proses Sosial Disosiatif di Desa Tlogopojok dan Desa Lumpur)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses sosial disosiatif pelaksanaan CSR PT. Petrokimia di Desa Tlogopojok dan Desa Lumpur. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan pendekatan struktural konflik yang memandang masyarakat senantiasa berada dalam proses perubahan yang merupakan suatu gejala pada masyarakat, dan setiap masyarakat mengandung konflik dalam dirinya. Dalam fokus penelitian ini akan menjelaskan bentuk-bentuk proses sosial disosiatif pelasanaan CSR. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan bentuk proses sosial disosiatif, proses disosiatif mencirikan bentuk interaksi dimana pelakunya menciptakan hubungan yang mengarah pada pepecahan atau perselisihan, diantaranya dalam bentuk persaingan yang ditunjukkan ketika terjadi kompetisi antara perusahaan dalam melaksanakan CSR dengan tujuan mendapat citra positif kepada masyarakat sekitar, persaingan antar desa dalam memperoleh CSR. Proses disosiatif dalam bentuk kontravensi dapat dilihat ketika perusahaan memberikan bantuan namun tidak sesuai dengan kehendak masyarakat, maka masyarakat akan menggunjing dan menjelekkan perusahaan, mereka menganggap perusahaan kurang memperhatikan kondisi sosial masyarakatnya. Selanjutnya dalam bentuk konflik yang ditunjukkan dengan sikap masyarakat yang bertindak secara negatif menunjukkan resistensinya dengan melakukan aksi demo bersama para aktivis desa, dengan berbagai tuntutan masalah, seperti marjinalisasi pekerjaan, polusi, dan bantuan yang tidak tepat sasaran. Kepentingan yang berbeda antara masyarakat biasa dan kelas atas akan memudahkan terjadinya konflik.

This research aims to understand the social process of dissociative the implementation of csr pt .Petrochemical tlogopojok in the village and village mud .The methods used is qualitative , with a structural approach conflict which sees the community always be in the process of change that is a phenomenon to the community , and every society containing conflict in him .In focus research this will clarify forms the social process of dissociative CSR implementation. The results from this research produce the form of dissociative the social process , dissociative process characterizes the form of interaction where culprit creates a leading to pepecahan or discord , are in the form of competition that indicated when there was competition between companies in implementing csr with the purpose of got a positive image to the surrounding community , competition between the village in obtaining csr .The process of dissociative in the form of contravention can be seen when the company gave assistance but not in accordance with the will of the community , hence the community will menggunjing and disfigure the company , they consider the company less attention to community social conditions .Next in the form of conflict demonstrated by the attitude of the community acting in a negative resistensinya show by doing the demonstrations with activists village , with various demands of the problem , as the work of marginalisation , pollution, The assistance was not efficient.Usually between people of different interests and upper classes will ease the conflict.
