EKSPLOITASI DAN ALIENASI BURUH SURVEYOR DI LEMBAGA SURVEI PRODUK “X” DI SURABAYA

Pertumbuhan sistem ekonomi kapitalis telah merambah berbagai bidang, termasuk pada perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa. Banyak masyarakat yang membutuhkan pekerjaan namun tidak diimbangi oleh adanya lapangan pekerjaan yang memadai. Sehingga memaksa masyarakat untuk bekerja secara freeland di perusahaan-perusahaan yang menggunakan sistem kapitalisme dengan alasan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi. Situasi tersebut dimanfaatkan oleh para supervisor atau manager perusahaan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dengan melakukan eksplotasi terhadap para buruh surveyor sehingga  menyebabkan para pekerja mengalami alienasi. Peneliti ingin mengetahui bentuk eksploitasi dan alienasi pada di lembaga riset produk “X” di kota Surabaya dengan menggunakan teori alienasi Karl Marx dan teori patty borjuis Erick Wright untuk membatasi permasalahan eksploitasi yang dilakukan para supervisor tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan teori konflik kelas karl Marx. Subjek penelitian merupakan supervisor dan buruh surveyor perusahaan didapat dengan menggunakan metode purposive. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa para supervisor melakukan ekploitasi dalam bentuk nilai pekerjaan dan nilai tenaga kerja sehingga menyebabkan para buruh mengalami alienasi dalam bentuk aktivitas produktif, dari tujuan aktivitas produksi perusahaan, dari sesama pekerja dan Teralienasi dari potensi kemanusiaan. Kesadaran-kesadaran palsu yang dialami para surveyor tetap terjadi karena kesulitan ekonomi yang dialami oleh buruh surveyor.

Abstract

The growth of a capitalist economic system has penetrated a wide range of fields, including on moving companies in the field of services. Many people who need a job but are not offset by the presence of adequate jobs. Forcing people to work in freeland on companies that use the system of capitalism with a reason to meet the needs of the economy. This situation was exploited by the supervisor or manager of the company to profit by doing the exploitation of the labour of Surveyors causing workers experiencing alienation. Researchers want to know the form of exploitation and alienation on product Research Institute “X” in Surabaya by using the theory of the alienation theory of Karl Marx and bourgeois Erick patty Wright to limit the problem of the exploitation of the supervisors do. This study uses qualitative methods with the approach of karl Marx's theory of class conflict. The subject of research is the workers ' supervisors and surveyors firm obtained by using purposive method. This research get result that supervisors do excessive exploitation in the form of job value and the value of labor is causing the workers experienced alienation in the form of productive activities, the company production activity of the destination, from fellow workers and Estranged from the potential of humanity. False-consciousness of consciousness experienced surveyors still occur due to the economic difficulties experienced by the workers of the surveyor.
