Pengembangan Buku Cerita Gambar Seri ”Jojo dan Lili” untuk Pemahaman Pendidikan Seks Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun
Abstract
The occurrence of sexual violence against children can be caused because children do not yet have an understanding of sex education. Therefore, it is necessary to implement sex education for children aged 5-6 years so that children can protect themselves by knowing the parts of the body that can be touched and the parts of the body that should not be touched, where to take off or wear underwear, and what to do if an unknown person wants to touch their body. One way to introduce sex education to children so they don't get bored easily is to use storybooks. This research aims to determine the influence of the picture story book series "Jojo and Lili" on the understanding of sex education in children aged 5-6 years. The method used is research and development or research and development (R&D). The research and development steps carried out are using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The trial research was conducted with 15 children as subjects and located at Hang Tuah 6 Kindergarten, Surabaya. Researchers will provide pre test, treatment, dan post test in children. From the calculation of pre-test and post-test score data, it shows that the product development of the Jojo and Lili series of picture story books can be said to be effective for sex education for children aged 5-6 years at Hang Tuah 6 Kindergarten.
