PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KEGIATAN SISWA INKUIRI TEMA HUJAN ASAM UNTUK IPA SMP

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan LKS inkuiri tema hujan asam untuk IPA SMP yang ditinjau dari hasil validasi terhadap kriteria kesesuaian dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri, kelayakan isi, penyajian, dan bahasa, serta ditinjau dari hasil belajar siswa dan respons siswa terhadap LKS inkuiri yang dikembangkan. Pengembangan LKS mengunakan model 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Namun, dalam penelitian ini hanya dibatasi hingga pada tahap Develop saja. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa LKS yang dikembangkan telah layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari hasil validasi LKS terhadap kesesuaian dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri, kelayakan isi, penyajian, dan bahasa yang masing-masing memperoleh persentase sebesar 78,22%(baik); 82,22%(sangat baik); 81,48%(sangat baik); 81,67%(sangat baik). Berdasrkan hasil belajar kognitif diperoleh rata-rata nilai dari seluruh siswa sebesar 75,24 dan termasuk tuntas. Untuk hasil belajar psikomotor siswa yang terdiri atas  indikator penggunaan alat percobaan, yaitu termometer, stopwatch, gelas ukur, kertas lakmus, dan indikator universal masing-masing diperoleh persentase sebesar 81,67%(sangat baik); 88,33% (sangat baik); 81,67%(sangat baik); 78,33%(baik); 78,33%(baik). Untuk hasil belajar afektif siswa yang terdiri atas indikator disiplin, bertanggung jawab, cermat, serta saling merepons dan bekerja sama masing-masing diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 85,84%(sangat baik); 85,00%(sangat baik); 79,17%(baik); 91,67%(sangat baik). Berdasarkan hasil repons siswa terhadap LKS yang dikembangkan diperoleh persentase sebesar 99,26%(sangat baik) untuk kriteria kesesuaian dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri, 94,22% (sangat baik) untuk kriteria kelayakan isi, 93,33% (sangat baik) untuk kriteria kelayakan penyajian, dan 96,11%(sangat baik) untuk kriteria kelayakan bahasa.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the expediency of inquiry worksheet at the theme of acid rain for science of junior high school that evaluated from the result of validation criteria to inquiry model, the expediency of content, presentation, and language, and it is also evaluated from the result of students learning and the respond of students to the inquiry worksheet development. The development of worksheet uses 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). But, this research is limited to develop stage only. The results of this research show that worksheet has been developed is competent to use for  learning process. It can be seen from the worksheet  validation result of criteria to inquiry model, the expediency of content, presentation, and language at each earn a percentage of 78,22% (good); 82,22% (very good); 81,48% (very good); 81,67% (very good). Based on the result of cognitive learning is obtained average value from all of students and the result is 75,24 and it is complete. For the result of psychomotor learning that consist of indicators using experimental tools, the thermometer, stopwatch, measuring cups, litmus paper and universal indicator respectively obtained percentage of 81,67% (very good); 88,33% (very good); 81,67% (very good); 78,33% (good); 78,33% (good). For the result of affective learning that consist of indicators disciplined, responsible, careful, and respond to each other and work together obtained an average percentage of 85,84% (very good); 85,00% (very good); 79,17% (good); 91,67% (good). Based on the responses of students to development of worksheet are obtained percentage of 99,26% (very good) for criteria as according to inquiry model, 94, 22% (very good) for criteria in the expediency of content, 93,33% (very good) for criteria in the expediency of presentation, and 96,11% (very good) for the criteria in expediency of language.
