ANALISA PRODUKTIVITAS KELOMPOK KERJA PADA PEMASANGAN DINDING BATA RINGAN DI PROYEK PERUMAHAN

Abstract

Produktivitas kelompok kerja dalam pekerjaan pemasangan dinding bata ringan di proyek perumahan sangat dibutuhkan oleh para kontraktor, konsultan maupun owner dalam membuat rencana anggaran biaya. Skripsi ini meneliti produktivitas kelompok kerja dalam pemasangan dinding bata ringan dan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas pada pembangunan perumahan di sekitar wilayah Surabaya. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua pembangunan perumahan yang menggunakan dinding bata ringan milik Developer PT. Diparanu Rucitra yaitu perumahan Dian Regency Sukolilo 2 sebanyak tiga rumah. PT. Karya Multi Karsa yaitu The Prambanan Regency sebanyak tiga rumah. Dan PT. Citraland yaitu The Greenlake sebanyak tiga rumah. Untuk menghitung besarnya produktivitas, digunakan perhitungan hasil kerja rata-rata tiap hari dari para kelompok kerja yang terdiri 3 tukang dan 4 pekerja setelah dikonversi tiap kelompok kerja. Peneliti melakukan pengamatan terhadap 3 kelompok kerja yang menghasilkan rata-rata produktivitas luasan dinding bata ringan yang dihasilkan berbagai variasi tentang tinggi pasangan dinding dengan berbagai hasil yang berbeda. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas menggunakan uji Analisis Faktor. Dari metode tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap produktivitas adalah pengalaman.
Dari hasil variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh besar terhadap produktivitas dibentuk model Produktivitas dengan metode kuadrat terkecil kriteria sebagai berikut: Y = 3.379 X1 + 13.502 X2 + 1.270 X3 – 2.546 X5 – 1.353 X7 – 0.938.

Working group productivity on light brick material at a housing project is really needed by the contractor, consultant and owner in budgeting. This thesis analyzes the working group productivity on light brick material and the factors which affect to the productivity at housing project development arround Surabaya. The population of this research is all of housing project development which uses light brick material belong to the developer PT. Diparanu Rucitra that is Dian Regency Sukolilo 2 as much as 2 houses. PT. Karya Multi Karsa that is The Prambanan Regency as much as 3 houses. And PT. Citraland The Greenlake as much as 3 houses. To calculate the productivity volume, average daily work result calculation is used of each working group consisting of 3 skilled workers and 4 labors after being converted each working group. The researcher does the observation on 3 working groups who achieve average produvtivity of light brick material at various range of heights with various results. The way to know the factors which affect the productivity is using Factor Analysis. From that method, it can be concluded that experience is the factor which have the most affect on the productivity. From the variable which have the most affect towards the productivity, we can form productivity model by using least squares criterion as follows: Y = 3.379 X1 + 13.502 X2 + 1.270 X3 – 2.546 X5 – 1.353 X7 – 0.938.
