Study Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 pada Kontraktor PT. Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung dalam Proyek Pembangunan Transmart Carrefour Sidoarjo

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kesesuaian penerapan ISO 9001:2015 PT. Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung pada pekerjaan struktur beton, dampak migrasi sertifikasi ISO 9001:2008 dengan ISO 9001:2015, kendala penerapan sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015.

Metode yang dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi secara langsung di lapangan berupa checklist yang digunakan untuk menganalisa penerapan ISO 9001:2015 pada sistem manajemen mutu di kantor proyek Tramsmart Carrefour Sidoarjo dan pada pekerjaan struktur beton kolom, balok, pelat lantai, dan retaining wall . Metode dokumentasi pengumpulan data penunjang ISO 9001:2015 pada proyek dan wawancara kepada pihak yang berkaitan. Dari hasil analisis dilakukan penilaian kesesuaian penerapan ISO 9001:2015 dan diketahui kriteria penerapan pada proyek menggunakan skala likert.

Tingkat kesesuaian penerapan ISO 9001:2015 pada sistem manajemen mutu proyek Transmart Carrefour Sidoarjo oleh PT. Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung dan pada pekerjaan struktur beton atas mendapatkan hasil rata-rata 4,2 dengan kriteria baik. Migrasi sertifikasi ISO 9001:2008 ke ISO 9001:2015 bagi PT. Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung memiliki dampak positif karena terdapat beberapa perubahan klausul yang menjadikan pekerjaan di proyek lebih efektif, efisien, dan meminimalisir risiko. Kendala yang ada kurangnya keterlibatan tenaga kerja (SDM) baik dari intern perusahaan maupun eksternal (Sub. Kontraktor dan pekerja), dan dokumen penunjang Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 belum mencapai 100%.

The purpose of this research is to know the suitability of applying the ISO 9001:2015 PT Wijaya Karya Building concrete structures on the job, the impact of migration to ISO 9001:2008 ISO 9001:2015, the constraints of certification application ISO 9001:2015.

Methods undertaken by doing observation directly in the field in the form of a checklist that is used to analyze the application of ISO quality management system 9001:2015 on the Tramsmart Project Office at work and Sidoarjo Carrefour concrete structures columns, beams, floor plates, and the retaining wall . Documentation supporting the data collection method ISO 9001:2015 on projects and interviews to the party concerned. From the results of the analysis carried out conformity assessment ISO 9001:2015 and known application of criteria on a project using the likert scale.

The level of conformity application of ISO quality management system 9001:2015 project Transmart Carrefour Sidoarjo by PT Wijaya Karya Building concrete structures on the work and upon getting the average 4.2 criteria either. Migration to ISO 9001:2008 ISO 9001:2015 for PT Wijaya Karya Building has had a positive impact because there are some changes to the clause that makes the work on the project more effectively, efficiently, and minimize risk. Constraint the lack of involvement of the workforce (HR) from both the internal and external company (Sub. Contractors and workers), and the supporting documents of the quality management system of ISO 9001:2015 havent reached 100%.
