Analisa Kelayakan Ekonomi Jalan pada Jalan Mojopurno-Dimong, Kabupaten Madiun

Pembangunan jalan pada Jalan Mojopurno-Dimong ini adalah proyek infrastuktur yang dibangun karena meningkatnya kapasitas pengguna jalan beberapa tahun tekahir ini pada Jalan Mojopurno-Dimong. Jalan Mojopurno-Dimong ini merupakan jalan yang vital penghubung Madiun dan Caruban dan dengan dibangunya Jalan Mojopurno-Dimong ini pengguna jalan yang ingin berpergian antara dua daerah tersebut dapat lebih mempersingkat waktu perjalan. Sehingga pembangunan Jalan Mojopurno-Dimong ini sangatlah penting untuk peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat Kabupaten Madiun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelayakan ekonomi jalan pada pembangunan Jalan Mojopurno-Dimong dengan menggunakan metode Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) dan Net Present Value (NPV). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Jalan Mojopurno-Dimong, Kabupaten Madiun. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey lapangan dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh dengan dari nilai perhitungan Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) dan Net Present Value (NPV) setiap 5 tahun setelah Jalan Mojopurno-Dimong dibangun. Nilai BCR setelah 5 Tahun dibangun adalah sebesar 1,49 dan nilai NPV setelah 5 Tahun dibangun adalah sebesar Rp 3.235.063.767,62. Nilai BCR setelah 10 Tahun dibangun adalah sebesar 2,25 dan nilai NPV setelah 10 Tahun dibangun adalah sebesar Rp 13.440.418.605,77. Nilai BCR setelah 15 Tahun dibangun adalah sebesar 2,63 dan nilai NPV setelah 15 Tahun dibangun adalah sebesar Rp 28.637.037.039,98. Nilai BCR setelah 20 Tahun dibangun adalah sebesar 2,84 dan nilai NPV setelah 15 Tahun dibangun adalah sebesar Rp 53.378.307.340,50. Dengan didapatkanya hasil penelitian ini kelayakan ekonomi Jalan Mojopurno-Dimong layak untuk dibangun.

Abstract
The road construction on Jalan Mojopurno-Dimong is an infrastructure project that was built due to the increasing capacity of road users in recent years on Jalan Mojopurno-Dimong. The Mojopurno-Dimong road is a vital road connecting Madiun and Caruban and with the construction of the Mojopurno-Dimong road, road users who want to travel between the two areas can further shorten the travel time. So that the construction of the Mojopurno-Dimong Road is very important for improving the economy of the people of Madiun Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the economic feasibility of the road on the construction of the Mojopurno-Dimong Road by using the Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) and Net Present Value (NPV) methods. The subject of this research is Mojopurno-Dimong Road, Madiun Regency. The instruments used in this research are field surveys and documentation. The results of this study were obtained by calculating the Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) and Net Present Value (NPV) every 5 years after the Mojopurno-Dimong Road was built. The value of BCR after 5 years of construction is 1.49 and the value of NPV after 5 years of construction is Rp. 3,235,063,767.62.
