STUDI TENTANG PEMILIHAN JENIS CRANE UNTUK PROYEK BANGUNAN INDUSTRI

Abstract

Semakin banyaknya pembangunan dewasa ini menuntut peningkatan kebutuhan pemakaian alat berat di dalam suatu proyek bangunan industri. Pemilihan alat berat yang tepat memegang peranan yang sangat penting. Peralatan dianggap memiliki kapasitas tinggi bila peralatan tersebut menghasilkan produksi yang tinggi atau optimal tetapi dengan biaya yang rendah. Dalam proyek seringkali terlihat alat berat yakni, crane. Alat berat tersebut mempunyai peranan penting dalam proses pengerjaan konstruksi, karena efisiensi waktu. Sebelum mengenal alat berat crane, banyak proyek konstruksi yang memakai tenaga manual yakni, para pekerja dengan menggunakan tackle. Pelaksanaan dengan memakai alat berat crane, pekerjaan konstruksi bangunan industri dapat terselesaikan dengan lebih cepat. Jenis-jenis crane yang banyak macamnya ini bisa membuat pihak kontraktor lebih leluasa untuk memilih salah satu jenis dari crane sesuai dengan medan yang ada di proyek pembangunan.
Pada penelitian ini diobservasi tentang alasan pemakaian alat berat tower crane maupun mobil crane sebagai alat pengangkatan dan pemindahan material.Jenis dan merk dari tower crane untuk tiap proyek berbeda satu dengan lainnya.Mengacu pada kondisi tersebut masing–masing alat mempunyai kelebihan dan kekurangan serta memiliki pertimbangan–pertimbangan tertentu dalam pemilihan peralatan, sehingga diharapkan dapat mencari hasil terbaik yang ditinjau dari segi waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan.
Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pihak kontraktor menggunakan tower crane diperuntukan untuk sebuah proyek mall dan apartemen yang memiliki lingkup area yang luas (> 100.000 m²). Pihak kontraktor dalam memilih alat berat jenis crane ini memperhatikan faktor luasan area proyek yang akan dikerjakan, kemudian disesuaikan dengan kapasitas crane yang akan dipakai.Biaya yang harus dikeluarkan untuk menyewa tower crane dalam satu bulan mencapai Rp. 61.830.000, sedangkan untuk mobile crane biaya yang harus dikeluarkan Rp. 58.200.000.

The increasing development needs of today's demanding an increase in the use of heavy equipment in an industrial building projects. Selection of the proper heavy equipment plays a very important. Considered to have a high capacity equipment when the equipment produces high production or optimal, but at a low cost. Projects are often seen in the heavy equipment, cranes. The heavy equipment has an important role in the construction process, due to time efficiency. Before you know heavy equipment cranes, many construction projects that use the manual labor, the workers using the tackles. Implementation using heavy equipment cranes, industrial building construction work can be completed more quickly. The types of cranes which are legion, this could make the contractor more flexibility to choose one type of crane in accordance with the existing field development project.
In this study observed about the reason for the use of heavy equipment and crane tower crane car as the appointment and removal tool material.Kinds and brands of tower cranes for different projects each one with the others.refer on the condition of each tool has its advantages and disadvantages as well as having consideration specific considerations in the selection of equipment, which is expected to seek the best outcome in terms of time and cost of implementation.
The results of this study concluded that the contractor uses the tower crane is intended for a mall and apartment project that has the scope of a large area (> 100,000 m²). The contractor in choosing the type of heavy equipment crane is taking heed extent that the project area will be done, and then adjusted to the crane capacity which will Used.The cost must be spent to hire tower cranes in one month was Rp. 61.83 million, while for a mobile crane costs Rp. 58.2 million.
